Do you have to drink a potion to get pregnant or can it happen naturally and is the potion a one and done chances of it happening or is it a constantly drink one to get pregnant

Kind of both. You drink the potion to become fertile, but after the first time you give birth, you unlock traits for birth and pregnancy. One of the traits allows you to always be fertile even when not on the potion, though the odds are much lower than with the potion. The potion effects last until you are impregnated.

Also worth mentioning is that anal pregnancy is a thing, but all the potions and traits for that are separate so you don't have to engage with that if you don't want to.

Awesome. Will the futa/pregnancy potions be usable on priscilla in the future?

I have no plans to add pregnancy to any NPCs at this point. I'm not sure exactly how that'd work, but it's something I can think about. Futa stuff with Priscilla will might be available at some point, people have asked for it before. I'm not sure exactly how I want to handle it though.
