Ever a brave warrior, Windows Defender has boldly fought Succubus Stories to a standstill, however, realizing his mistake, he has retreated back to his cave to re-emerge when next we need him.

Salute the brave blind defender as he meanders back to his home, neither victorious nor defeated, but merely sated for battle for now.

O, great defender, when shall thou grant us thy strength again?

Perchance Hex will tickle thy nethers? Perhaps Succubus Stories v0.15? We have but only to wait to find out.

And so ends the tale of the great Windows Defender. Not forever, but for now.

Your Windows Defender will stop complaining soon. Enjoy the game!

Yeah I don't think the 32-bit version was getting detected as a false positive. That said, the 64-bit version has a clear bill of health now, so you can ignore windows defender if you want. The cached virus definitions on your machine will eventually update too, and stop detecting the game as a virus.

good i was almost ready to ask you in pm what was that about

Yeah, once your cached virus definitions update, it should no longer identify the game as malware. I'd normally probably say something like I can't 100% be sure this is a false positive, but since i actually do have confirmation from MS this is a false positive, I'm comfortable saying you can install anyway. I believe windows defender gives you that option. There's instructions in the image in how to update your cached definitions, but that's some power user shit, and I don't know how long the cache takes to update otherwise.
