If you’re going to role-play any part of this:

Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, tingling, nausea, confusion, chest pain, or shortness of breath that doesn’t go away easily.

Don’t do this alone if you don’t think you can handle it. If you’re alone, be aware that you’ll be able to tear the bag open if you lose your rhythm, balance, or clarity. If you feel it’s necessary right away, take everything off. Sit down. Breathe. And start over when you feel you’re capable of doing so.
