Hello Friends!👋

There’s been quite a lot of hype around DLSS 5 lately. When it first appeared in the Resident Evil 9 video, the initial reaction was pretty negative.

But after looking more closely at what it can actually do, I think DLSS 5 can produce some really good visual results when configured with the right settings for each game.

Because of that, I’ve decided to start including setups specifically tuned for DLSS 5 from now on.

-----------------------------------------

This will be a third type of Visual Pack, alongside my Non-RT and RT releases. Like my other Visual Packs, these setups will include a HUD Toggle, hand-picked graphics mods when available, and any custom configs or settings needed for the setup.

For the DLSS 5 setups, the ReShade presets will be specifically tuned around the DLSS 5 visual styles and their corresponding configs/presets that I use. Both the DLSS 5 visual styles and configs/presets will be included in the pack.

I’ll also update the guide file for each game release with a dedicated DLSS 5 section, including step-by-step instructions so you can set up a working configuration from scratch without having to figure everything out yourself.

-----------------------------------------

One thing to keep in mind is that DLSS 5 is still not completely stable at the moment since the current build is leaked, so some visual issues may be outside my control. I’ll still do my best to minimize them through proper settings and by avoiding overly aggressive configurations that can hurt the overall feel of a game and make the visuals look overly processed.

There’s clearly a lot of interest in it, so I’m also interested in seeing how far it can be pushed with the right approach.

-----------------------------------------

So from now on, for each game, I may release one, two, or all three of these Visual Packs: Non-RT, RT, and DLSS 5, depending on what makes the most sense for that particular game.

Have a nice one!
