Change the login duration from "1 Month" to "1 Year" 5.  Now click "Set New Password"  6.  Primeleap will ask for your email. This is the email where your password reset link will be sent. Enter your email.  7.  Go to your email and click on the password reset link  8.  Follow the password reset process.
