A while ago I found a video of a Vtuber getting a pedicure and just talking to her audience. It was surprisingly enjoyable. Maybe try something a long those lines? That said you've already given us the best sole shot I've ever seen in the first photo of your July 12th post, so I can't imagine much topping that. It's my phone background now btw.
