Nintendo Filing a DMCA Takedown on my Page and Posts (Patreon)

Edit: I decided to just take down the posts to be safe.

Ignore my doubts below as I do not want to lose everything if this really is Nintendo.

How would Nintendo care about a small R34 creator and wanting to file a DMCA takedown when in reality they have actual fish to fry who are stealing their own assets and reselling them as their own?

Nintendo does not make Porn of their characters so there is no financial hardship they would get from this. Actually it is free marketing since people find characters they end up liking and then look up the games they are from and voila they may just buy the game xD

Patreon contacted me and I will be talking to them to clear things up, their is SOOOO MANY PEOPLE and even much larger than me who make R34 content of their characters as well, they don't have time to go after all of us and should not care xD

You'd be surprised, its possible that it's a poser but Nintendo does go after a fair amount of r18 work with their characters, I've personally seen many games and creators be nuked off the Internet

The safest thing to do is to not make it's own post, or do what mmd creators do with vtuber models and either use codenames or something like that

like code names of the characters? maybe....what's odd is not all my works were mentioned that are related...so why would Nintendo, if it really is them why not link ALL my posts related to Nintendo, they went for my most recent works......

It has nothing to do with financial loss. You're using their characters that they own in a way they didn't intend. This is why if someone steals your work, like the leak sites, there's nothing you can do, because you don't own the characters you're using.

Ok guys I decided to take down EVERYTHING related to Nintendo, the link at the top shows my whole page and my guess it cold be linked to my collections that also have Nintendo related characters in the collection
