New Form System finally found!! (Patreon)

It's also mobile and tablet friendly, and it can be integrated with my website! You can even break up this into pages as well!

While Character Commissions are closed till Jan 2nd, (I will be gone on the 1st), I will be working on making these forms.

Google Forms did not allow you to put options side by side.

Google's matrix setting is intended for questions such as "How likely are you to recommend this service?" as well as other questions in each row, You choose one for each row.

This one allows you to select multiple options wherever you want, while the Access tier only allows you to select one throughout the setup.

The images will also be labeled so you know what you're looking at.

I found some that allow me to use images as buttons, but they rely on Image links, which I can use instead but think they'll be too small.

Cloud Tier look is shown below, allowing you to select multiple options.

I can also provide previews for custom poses and outfits, and locations will be added!
