I did a concept for the character; I didn't know him and I didn't even know he was from the Spider-Man universe, but the character is cool. I'll finish his concept tomorrow. You see, I don't care if he's from Marvel, I'll tackle anything they throw at me haha. See you tomorrow and thanks for your energy.

2 update- Sometimes my first sketch is a bit confusing; I'll clean it up tomorrow. Panel 2 was commissioned to be done differently, but I liked it from above. It's under review to see what the boss says.
