Custom Zero Soap Holder fits standard Bath & Body Works foaming soap bottles and makes for an awesome seasonal desk or sink display.

Here is a breakdown of the build notes, sizing, and post-processing tips before you send this to your build plate:

Sizing Options & Plates

Two Sizes Included: Iโ€™ve categorized the plates into Small and Large versions to fit different setup preferences.

Tested Build: For the sample print shown in the photos, I printed the Small version of Zero, and everything fit together seamlessly!

Assembly & Support Tips

When printing the body please toggle off the "critical regions only" if you leave it on your print will look like its just printing in the air or clump up. you can turn that back on for everything else but the body turn it off (I marked it on the bed plate as a reminder as well

Multi-Part Design: Everything prints separately in pieces for easy color swaps and straightforward assembly. All plug-and-socket joints fit together smoothly without issue.

Support Removal: Most plates require standard supports, and for most parts, they snap off easily.

The Eyes will need glue

Pro-Tip for the Body: The main body supports are a bit denserโ€”it took me about 5 minutes of cleanup. Quick trick: hit the stubborn supports lightly with a small torch/heat gun to warm them up, and they will peel right off like butter without stressing the print surface!

Quick Troubleshooting Note: If you run into any adhesion or layer issues on the main body, double-check your initial bed leveling and Z-offset! I had a slight hiccup on my first attempt where the Z-axis wasn't touching the plate properly and printed in mid-air, but once recalibrated, it ran clean all the way through.

The files are uploaded and ready to download now! Grab the STL, slice your preferred size, and let me know how your prints turn out or if you have any questions in the chat! ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ•โ€๐Ÿฆบ

I can't wait for my current print to finish so I can get this one started!

Kelley

Love the file but lots of stringing on the body and issue with the nose. Other than that the file is amazing. Trying to figure out how to fix.

Smallbobrob

I hate to ask but did you dry your filament? I've actually been printing these back to back since listing them haven't had stringing yet but I also do have my filament constantly in the dryer box so not sure if that would be it

Summer

I can not get the body of the small version to print. It clumps up and pulls off almost immediately on the 2nd or 3rd layer of the white. I have tried on both my H2C and even my P1S with no luck. I have probably tried about 10 times total now. Any advice? and yes my filament is dry, thats not the issue.

Summer

I'm having the same issue. I got everything else printed but I can not get the body to print no matter what I try

Summer

Does your just do these crazy blobs and then jam up the nozzle? Its not even laying down a solid base layer.

Smallbobrob

I posted on the chat not sure if yall saw to toggle off the โ€œcritical regions onlyโ€ if you leave that on youโ€™ll get that issue yall are describing that happened to me as well

Summer

Thank you! I always forget to check the chat since I have so many pages Iโ€™m a part of. Thank you! Iโ€™ll try again shortly.

Smallbobrob

No worries I am going to make a post about it just or possibly just edit this post with those settings trust me I went through that too. For the supports so they're not so hard to remove when its off the bed put the plate on max temp and place the print on it for like 30-40 seconds I swear they will peel right off

Stacey Bailey

im not seeing a support option in bambu?

Smallbobrob

Did you figure it out yet? My bad on the late response here now if you still need help with the settings

Martin Corona

Hi I toggled off that setting and dried filament any other idea what it could be? Iโ€™ve tried for 2 days now no luck

Cena Bertozzi

was unable to print on my end, using X2D says print time is 1 day and 7 hours. then show an error. :(

Smallbobrob

Did you toggle off the "critical regions only" also I assume you're printing the full version not the one in parts correct?

Smallbobrob

Which version are you trying to print the small or larger one. & I assume you're doing the one thats all together not in parts correct?

Cena Bertozzi

Yes, I was trying to print the full version. I forgot to toggle that off but once I turned off the critical regions only it gave me a print time of 1 day and 11 hours and indeed allowed the print to go through. Thank you very much for your help

Smallbobrob

Glad it worked out for you if you ever wanted to save time you could print the one in parts way less than 35 hours ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Chiefdonrey

Those having issues with stringing are due to not having an enclosure

Martin Corona

Yes correct the small full print

Tomas Mejia

Anyone else having issues with this tried twice and getting stringing issues

Smallbobrob

I assume you mean like the nozzle not touching the plate and printing what looks like just in the air correct? If so you have to toggle that setting under supports "critical regions only" toggle that part off so that way you have the supports cover all the bottom area. Lmk if that helps that seems to have been the fix for everyone

Tomas Mejia

I think its the bottom section slicer isnt putting supports, I manually painted supports on the bottom and gonna see how it goes...learning curves even after a year lol ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜…

Frank Guerra

Mine came out great, only issue I'm having is putting the eyes in, seems like they popping out too much... other than that it came out great (large zero)

tyler yepez

I'm printing this on a Ender Max-3 neo and the issue that I am having is my printer is stilling printing the part in the back where the soap is supposed to go, is there a way to remove that from the print?

Smallbobrob

Itโ€™s printing the part rather than leaving it negative? If you can attach a pic here or in the chat so I can better understand

Stefanie Heath

Mine are too, I printed the large zero. It's like the eyes are too big for the sockets? Did you have any luck?

Dereck Radford

This was the model that made me sign up here. But I just wasted 5 hours printing this because the supports do not come off the bottom. I tried using heat I tried peeling them no matter what it is literally stuck there. I went back through the model and there is no offset are you guys printing it with a petg layer or something

Smallbobrob

I am currently printing one I will make a video exactly how I heat it for 5 minutes and just peel away hopefully that helps in removing the supports for yours

Carol

Does this file still have a full version and a small and large? I only get one size now and the added with the bottom (thank you for that btw)

Revann

Same here. I only see parts and small. The head alone takes 8+ hours to print?

andy gavras

i'm only seeing the "small" set in the 3mf file, where is the large set ?
