This took me way longer than anticipated to be honest. At first I was like "30 pages of hot action, no big deal". Turns out that an oldschool comic has a vastly different workflow than a regular visual novel. Looking for different fonts that are comic style and CC0 alone was exhausting. Then there was the decision to make it a real comic with panels or just Full HD images with text.

I overstimated how much work a paneled comic is. Since this is the first time I made a comic, I had to learn how to panel(which is amateurish I admit), how to letter, how to make speech bubbles(OH MY GOD, I don't know if there's a better way but I copypasted the bubbles and the fonts for every image manually along the Onomatopoeia. That stuff was time consuming af), image composition for a good reading flow, positioning the bubbles so they don't take up too much space.

At some times it was really fun to work in a mostly new way but that speech bubble stuff got annoying real quick I can tell ya. I have a newly found respect for people that draw, design and composite comics in the industry.

But enough of my japping. Download the comic and have some fun. Do let me know what you think. I'm really curious if it ticks your boxes or not. And if you have solid criticism write a comment down below.
