Rerendering is going well so far. Just wanted to let you know a tiny bit of BTS info.Yesterday there was an asset released on DAZ3D which seems to help when applying the 8.1 PBR skin. Up until GF8 there was only the IRAY UBER. Those are shaders which depict how materials behave i.e applying a metal shader to a wood table would tell the materials the parameters of the metal so the table would look like he was made of metal instead of wood.With the introduction of 8.1 there were some changes under the hood made to the models which let them look more realistic. At least for some. Anyway ... I saw that asset on the DAZ Store and the description mentioned that it was even updating g3(like our sexy Cary-June) to 8.1. Costs about 21 bucks.

Well, the PBR shader is already implemented when DAZ was introducing 8.1 2 or so years ago. I just had to search for it. Saved me some bucks.So Cary-June looks even more sexier than before.

Left is the new 8.1 skin and on the right is the old g3 skin.You can see that the new 8.1 skin disperses the shadow much softer and the skin is adequately using the subsurface parameters(struggled with them for so fucken long on Cary-June) After tweaking the parameters I finally got the kind of pale that looks, well, pale, without being too white but slightly rosy.

Other changes include the exchange of her makeup. That resisted my attempts to apply her old dark purple eye shadow. Ignor ethe missing bush on the new one, she still has it I just forgot to unhide it :)Image wasn't postworked to show you the "original" look. You can expect her to be looking even better after the postwork routine.Apllying the 8.1 skin was way easier than using the expensive skin builder and now I'm considering applying the PBR shader to all other girls. Further research needs to be done on that matter.

TL;DR New skin shader awesome but need to rerender her images that were already done
