Just so you guys know, official videos like this one and even official concert footage never really do justice to how loud ARMY actually is. The music and BTS’s vocals are boosted in the final audio mix, so you can barely hear the crowd. But trust me, in real life ARMY is literally screaming and singing every single word 😭 If you watch fancams recorded by ARMYs themselves, sometimes you can barely even hear BTS because everyone around them is singing THAT loud So whenever you’re watching official footage, please don’t assume the crowd is quiet or that nobody is singing. It’s just the way the official audio is mixed to highlight Jungkook’s vocals and the music. I honestly wish they would let us hear the crowd more, because the energy of ARMY is such a huge part of the experience!

And what makes this Times Square performance even crazier is that NO ONE officially knew Jungkook was going to perform that day 😭 ARMYs basically investigated, connected the dots, and figured out that something was happening in Times Square and that there was a good chance JK might perform there. There was literally no official announcement beforehand. Even the screen where Jungkook eventually performed wasn’t showing anything confirming it. But thanks to ARMY detectives on Twitter, word spread and thousands of ARMYs still showed up in Times Square based on pure speculation 😭 By the time the official announcement finally came out, literally just minutes before JK appeared, ARMYs had ALREADY packed Times Square. They were already there waiting for him without even having confirmation that he was actually going to perform 😭 That’s what makes this moment so incredible to me. Imagine announcing a surprise performance only minutes before the artist comes out and somehow there’s already a massive crowd waiting for him 😭Thank you to ARMY for being the queens of investigation and making sure Jungkook had the crowd he deserved.💜

Sound production during open air event is different to other venues, so much outside noise that they have to cancel them in order for viewers of video hear him sing. They have to mute traffic and people. It was much more louder irl, his voice music and people singing. I was at Imagine Dragons concert 3 years ago, it was one of the best concerts I have attended. I think our whole city was there. We love them here! Happy birthday Jungkook!

Ok, I may have hallucinated it..(theres too much content that I swear Ive imagined things ive watched) ..but im fairly sure that there is a weverse live were JK talked about his sleeve. He has a lot of tattoos on that sleeve and he has made changes to them over the years, but im pretty sure you can find a video of him talking about them. JK's enunciation?(is it what u called,how he speaks english) is very western.He basically doesnt have a korean accent when he learns and speaks english. Thats why ppl might think he is fluent. His every english verse in any song is perfection.I think he has more western accent than RM,but ofc he isnt fluent.
