Yay happy birthday Namjoooonie !

Jo

Ouu y’all outdid yourselves with this one😌

loontan

smoke sprite is one of his best collabs ever, i love it soooo much

Tiffany

Neva Play was released while RM was still serving in the military that’s why he’s not actually in the video and it’s the animation instead of him instead

Ninia

Thank you so much for this reaction 💜💫 I hope one day we will get indigo, rpwp reactions. Rpwp got more English actually, also his singing parts in his first mixtape RM is one of favorite

Loly

Yessss

Aaliyah Contreras

OBSESSED WITH THESE CHOICES!! i need Vs tiny desk next pls!! it’s elite as well

Anya

Omg yes still need to do BTS Tiny Desk!

Sara

Kpop streams??

Jo

So much talk about killing voice…gives me hope for next week😌

izzy

Smoke Sprite is SO good! Another feature that is very good and often forgot is Winter Flower by Younha and RM, I get chills everytime

mina

HAHAHAHAHA IM DYING 23:26

Anya

I'm dying at yalls reaction to Neva Play lmao RM was serving in the military at the time of release but recorded his rap verse before

Maddie

Rm my bias my goat😪 thanks for the video geks🫶

mina

thank you cannon😌

I’m Tired

wow the neva play reaction ://///

mina

didn't expect tiny desk, that was a great pick!! and yes, indigo is an amazing album. hope for the reaction soon🤗

Sarah

Here's the one comment abt your declaration McKay: YOU'RE SO RIGHT FOR LEANING TOWARDS J-HOPE AS YOUR BIAS!! we love our talented king.

Jo

Yeah, do expect to see cheeks in a lot of these female rapper features lol

Tiffany

Ya really enjoying those first 2 songs from his Indigo album. I can’t wait until ya watch RM Live in Seoul at Rolling Hall and watch his Indigo album concert Oh and Smoke Sprite is Queen👑👑

Bangtan’sNikki ⁷

Guys, as a reminder, most of the time when you hear BTS talk about their age they are using the Korean age system which is typically one or two years higher than their international age. It is a little complicated so I will not try to break it down here, but know that under the traditional Korean system a person is considered one year old at birth and everyone gains a year on New Year’s Day. Because of this some people appear to be one or two years older than their international age. South Korea has officially adopted the international age but the members will still refer to Korean age in conversation.

first name last name

u guys should have listened to his mixtape mono. it’s soo good, the song seoul is on it.

maria⁷

yall im emotionally attached to smoke sprite, i love that song so bad 😭

deesi

neva play (lyrics and mv) is so tame compared to other rap songs, i'm surprised by your reactions hahaha mono and indigo are two of my favourite bodies of work from the bts members, i'd love a full reaction at some point!! and thanks so much for including smoke sprite, i used to blast that song in my headphones during work. made the 9-5 sitting in an office somewhat bearable

S Moonchild⁷

Love that RM gives platform to indie artists that deserve it

rice ✿

starting off the video with talking about an ingrown toenail, keep up the great content geks!

Alexandra Ramos

please react to cortis 4 part documentary on their youtube channel. It gives you inside look on how each member was chosen. Its also shows how their first mini album cortis color outside the lines came to be. The episodes are not so long their each about 25 minutes max. Its amazing i truly recommend.

Maira Lovanne

EAeon - Dont feat RM also a masterpiece!

rice ✿

did u guys not have the correct subtitles for the tiny desk concert? that’s a shame but oh well

rice ✿

yess i second this!!

Jessica

Neva Play stays on repeat and yall didn’t even listen to Megan’s rap it’s sooo good. Men 🫠

Jo

So what I’ve gathered from this and Gabriela is no more cheeks on the channel? lol😅

Jo

Yes!

Sarah kim

Thanks for the reactions guys 😭💜 HAPPY BIRTHDAY NAMJOON!! 🎂 pls react to bts live performances 🛐

Rae

When you can please react to this feature of RM: “Don’t ever say love me” by Cold ft. RM

Honey⑦

Havent watched yet but I HOPE they saw the lyrics of Neva Play too! RM is seriously the lyric master. He writes so witty and well.

mira💋

YESSS that's one of my fav songs ever

Laurab.7

Indigo is to this day still my favourite solo album from any of the members, RM is my bias wrecker and reminds me of it all the time with his catchy songs and incredible lyricism, happy birthday Kim Namjoon, our leader 🫡 and thanks to the geks for such a great lineup for his birthday reaction 💜

Emrataaa

I swear to god Indigo album is a 100/10 !

Emrataaa

Smoke spirite in my veins 😍

Joe Jonas

Tiny Desk is THE show for laid-back, live-instrument performances where RM and V’s music naturally shines. Other members went on other shows for their promo. Now V’s Tiny Desk Korea next please! 🎷

bizarre☆azar

Namjoon has released a lot of solo work he has four bodies of work—two mixtapes and two official albums

Sweet piano:3

Yessssssssssssss RMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!💜💜

Sun

Acid reflux manifests as heartburn tho... that or a heart attack

Emrataaa

Happy birthday Namjoon

Ana

So the lady featured is Erykah Badu she’s basically a neo soul/ rnb legend. It’s a really unexpected but respected collab

medv

hbday joonie!! i loved the picks but i really wish you guys would react to NUTS its so namjoon so Goodddd

Ana

Happy birthday Namjoon 💜🎉🎉 Indigo will always be that girl love his tiny desk performance. Y’all reaction to Neva play killed me lol. But she is a bop lol and the ending was maybe teasing for a future collab hopefully. I loooooove smoke sprite the most it’s sooo good and original. Namjoon has THE best collabs to me out of all the members. He really puts you on to niche artists. Loved the reaction

Nanami's Wife

Have they seen that video of BTS meeting Megan?? Or when Megan was performing 'Butter' with them on stage in 2021? People also thought they was gonna bring her out in LA as a surprise, I would've been sooo jealous if they did bruh😭😭

Jess Min

HAPPY NAMJOON DAY!!! Our leader deserves to have the happiest day ever, I hope he’s smiling like this each day. (Also my mom shares this bday w him so it’s always cool to celebrate 2 even though I know it’s technically tomorrow for us international fans) 🥺💜💜

allure.

Winter Flower for the next RM feature if it's possible!! The vocals is crazy and I love the message

RS123

My Fav 🙌

RS123

YAY!!!!

E L

🥳🎂🎉

Eri

I wish they saw sexy nukim too! RM has great collabs

Jess Min

Yeah I was about to say they’re not as old as they claim to be sometimes in the past especially. They said they changed the way they count it but it’s confusing when we watch older content if you don’t know about it already lol.

Jess Min

I listen to smoke sprite religiously. I’ve also heard a few songs from her as well and they’re good too.

Nikita

We all enjoyed it. 😂 It's an experience.

Tivy

HAPPS RM!!!

Tivy

WINTER FLOWER IS INCREDIBLE it genuinely baffles me that more people don’t talk about it

Tivy

They reacted to that already! It’s in their RM singles reaction video I believe

Nikita

When Smoke Sprite came out, my TikTok was full of edits of it and it wouldn't leave my head.

Jo

Yes!!!

Honey⑦

they didnt really pay attention to RM's part too...his lyrics were good!! lol but how can u focus when MEGAN is on the screen.I get it!

Honey⑦

Not many people listen to/mention "DON'T" by eAeon ft.RM .Its my fav Rm collab after winter flower. I love that song soo much. I LOVE IT!!

Tiisetso Maduna

Loved this so much ! RM's music is genuinely so amazing and often underatted because it's not all pop. But his such an amazing lyricist that there is no song that goes by without bars and a deeper meaning 🥺

nelle

Everyone hypes smoke sprite but because it came out around the same time, 'Dont ever say love me' by Colde Ft. RM is THE best RM feature in my opinion. Sadder song so Cannon may not playlist it but its such a good song and i think the rest of you would really enjoy!!!

Chérie

Yall need to appreciate Megan Thee Stallion more! She's Phenomenal as well!😍

mo⁷

Me and RM have the same birthday! When I first discovered BTS in 2015 from my best friend I was so not interested in her “korean music” lol but she told me one had the same birthday as me and showed me his music and the rest is history lmao

noor

imagine starting your official debut album with “fuck the trendsetter i’ma turn back the time back the time, far to when to when i was nine”

noor

“for asia man we paved the way” yes goat namjoon

Chérie

Smoke Sprite just does something to my nerves system oouuu!

Hanah

3:35 ooh Carter got some pipe there!

Nitisha

For RM's Birthday a quote from him that I'll never forget!

Kira Zagi

Hey gek! I loved your reaction so much, thanks so much for doing something special for rm's birthday! Just a tip since I noticed your subtitles were kinda bugging and you thought it couldn't keep up with the words which is true! When you click CC, you have to select "English" not "English (auto-generated) The auto generated just picks up what it hears while the English is the actual translation. Hopefully this was helpful as you'll be reacting to more k-pop. But if you knew this already you can just ignore this comment :((

🪄

Guys here are some suggestions 🙌🏻 : * Plss include Run BTS Mini Field Day for the next poll it’s SO FUNNY * BTS being done with interviewers for 8 minutes straight * Fire mv * Suchwita

TY

I'd say great pick but even those you didn't pick (features or solos) are great to me lol. Everything great ((:

Hanah

RM's features/collabs are elite. Some recommendations for you: - Don't Ever Say Love Me by Colde featuring RM (2023) - Sexy Nukim" by Balming Tiger featuring RM (2022) - Don't (eAeon ft. RM) - Winter flower (Younha ft. RM) - Change by RM and Wale (2017) - Strange (Agust D ft. RM) - Stop the Rain (TABLO X RM) He has a few more but these are my favorites

🪄

For a BTS live I recommend ARMYPEDIA Live Band Throwback It’s 10 minute long💜

Minheee

pls exo or ateez killing voice next poll !!

nourah

Smoke Sprite is my girl no one gets her like me 🙂‍↕️

Papermaker

You guys should react to Forever Rain by RM. My favorite song from him!! So beautiful! I always loved Smoke Sprite too. Always have it on repeat!

Pluto

Happy birthday to RM my man. Also spring day guys

maysiow

when will you guys react to txt....

mellow

they already did 😭😭

mellow

2nd kpop stream fyi

maysiow

yea ik,but i mean like one vid. they alrdy did cortis one,i feel like its unfair if they left out the middle child..

noor

on namjoon day I really wanna recommend the masterpiece he wrote when he was 22 ‘Spring Day’ and its explanation video. I can’t believe you’ve been listening to them for a few months now and still haven’t watched that mv because it’s a song that means so much to us and it is literally the most successful song in korea’s history like it was released beginning of 2017 and it still hasn’t left the charts lol and the explanation video is soo important because they put so much into that mv

keyla

MEGAN IS MY GIRLLLL

Che 130613

Ah haven't clicked on a post faster. lol

Bri

YASSS! Happy Birthday RM!

Bri

Please listen to Mono, Indigo and RPWP! RM’s solo albums are personally my favorite bodies of work. So introspective

G. A

My favs sessions in Tiny desk: Bts, V’s, TXT, bad bunny, Daniel Caesar, Ozuna, Fujii Kase, Alicia Keys, C.Tangana. Hope you react to them some day 🫶🏻🫶🏻

fleur

Yess pls listen to indigo and d- day omg

KareBear

ELITE FEATURES. Smoke sprite was such an experience!

ChooseYoFightaaaa

Man….people never do the balming tiger ft RM “sexy nukim” and colde ft RM “don’t ever say love me” anymore and those are the best collabs imo. 😭 (I say this because they’re my favorites but I still like these feature tracks too)

Tivy

RM genuinely has some of the best features. Most of them are other Korean artists, but they’re sooo good

Tivy

For the Tiny Desk, I hope the subtitles translated correctly for you guys so you could see the lyrics. When I watched it I could see the subtitles, but for some reason they aren’t showing here

Tivy

14:09 — Carter I know you’ve probably heard this a million times lol, but yes Nas is RM’s biggest inspiration! As a fan of both, I’m glad you hear it too

Tivy

You guys need to react to the ‘Indigo’ album! It’s so good, RM is so artistic. Great lyrics and vibes

Tivy

‘Neva Play’ is a banger, your reactions were hilarious though LMAO

Tivy

‘Smoke Sprite’ is AMAZINGGG

Tivy

Enhypen also has a reallyyyy great song with So!YoON! called ‘No Way Back’

lelya

Thanks for your reaction guys! mono has a special place in my heart, it was released on my birthday when I first entered university, and here I was in another city riding after classes on my birthday on the bus, listening to the just released album, it was raining outside and the song forever rain was playing, I remember I cried from my emotions coinciding with the album, it was so beautiful. all the songs from the album are so amazing and I hope you will react to the whole album mono and indigo and rpwp❤️

Etain

it's cool that you mention Nas because he came to their concert recently, and RM did state he was one of his biggest inspiration. Also I'm confused if there's lyrics in the video? Can't tell cuz most of the time, it looks cut off

outrolars

yeah, a good example is taehyung being born on december 30, 1995. he's already 1 year old when he was born, 2 days later when january 1st came, he's already 2 years old in korean age when he's literally just days old 😄

Bangtan’sNikki ⁷

Why was I literally thinking of that when I typed this😭🤣🤣🤣 Not even out the womb a week and already 2 years our precious Tae🤭💜

jade LA

lowkey hate when ppl act like prudes with megan thee stallion most normal female rap video like omg

Rafaela M

rm did release solo music before (since 2015 actually), but it was in mixtape form so it didn't have an official release, he just uploaded it on SoundCloud for free

Ruzi

Guys can you maybe watch one more Arirang concert?😅 LA Day 4!!! It really was different from Busan! I wish you could watch that one too!💜

mofu lofi

Do y’all realise that the auto generated lyrics for the tiny desk is wrong? Just turn of the lyrics if it’s autogenerated, the lyrics makes no sense and it’s distracting

Mira

Happy birthday namjoon! Man I hope yall will listen to RM’s Mono album one day. Especially the song everythingoes. Its such a comfort song

🪄

I’m Tired
