I tried to paint a bit more with values, I like the contrast of the hard lights hhehI figured out a new way to use the Overlay blending mode and I've been obsessing every since lol

cool since my OC story "Heroes of the Arcana" is inspired by JoJo (particularly Stardust Crusaders, because of the tarot theme) the minor arcana will be the major arcana's stands (kind of).

YAYA THANK!! honestly I don't think there's really a correct way to use Overlay, although it helps to have some understanding of what it does since overlay creates contrast, for example, if you apply a bright color like light orange, it'll light up the highlights and add an orange tint, then using a darker color like dark blue will add a cool blue tone only on the darker parts, so it's like creating a gradient map with the two colors :O
