You guuuuys. See the attached letter.

I’ll be answering one question each week. I am so hyped about this. Hahaha BRING OUT THE OFFICE SUPPLIES!!!!!

Ask me something if you want! If I answer your question, I’ll send you a message to get your address. ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks for helping me stay motivated in practicing writing with my left hand!

Love,

Malu

Wow! How much practice was required to write so clearly with your non-dominant hand? (that is not a question for the handwritten Q&A unless you want to)

Poppy

What a nice idea! My question is, when did you know you wanted to sing professionally? Was it always your dream or were there other things you wanted to do? Did you imagine yourself going viral like you did in 2011? That’s more than one question though hahaha 💕

Molmod

Which of your original songs do like best? Which one are you most proud of (if different)

Narangren

How did you decide on what music to sing in your early career? Was it all based on whims or did you have some sort of plan or criteria for what you would do?

Dheinamar

Do you intend to send letters overseas as well? I'm from Eastern Europe so could anticipate a bit of an issue there

malukah

As long as there is postal service there, I will send anywhere!

malukah

These are such good questiooooons already! My goodness! Thank you!!!!

Dheinamar

Alright then. Would be interesting to know what's the difference for you between making a cover and writing original song? What inspires you most for creating, especially recently: is it some pieces of media, games, songs, or some personal events and emotions?

Meladry

omg you're so cool, what a cute idea 😍 My question - who have you always dreamed of singing with? (Mine's you 🤭)

Linda Rawenna Strandberg

ooh, i love this idea! Soo, my question would be, Apart from the birth of your son, and your marriage to Omi, what do you consider to be the most important event of your life, and how did it change, affect you?

Thalandor46

Ohhhhh let's have fun with this! Conveniently, I just came from watching the vod of Thursday's stream 😁 Your opponent plays a Skellige deck, but puts down just two cards, a conservative opener that forebodes a troublesome second round, in what looks increasingly like a weather based deck. How do you respond?

Ralf Wiescher

Nice idea Malu :) As everyone already asked many questions about you, I would like to ask about your home town (if allowed). My question: If I ever visit Monterrey, what are the places I must see? :D

Martin J

Hello Malu. I've heard all the songs you have gifted upon us through the years and especially like the ones from The Witcher and Skyrim. You have made a few songs where you sing in different foreign languages (Polish among others). Are there any other language(s) that you would like to sing in, that you haven't tried yet? I often listen to songs in foreign languages that I don't know simply because I then can focus more on the singers voice and the melody . All the best to you and the family Martin from Denmark

Andrés González

Oh, so many thins I would like to ask! How is your process of composing music? What is your favourite musical instrument and why? Beyond videogames and covers, what kind of music do you like to play?

Andy Bobandy

Such a good idea! .... plus it let's your inner manager of Staples out! My question for you : -If music didn't exist, what would your life look like right now? -

Kat

What's a place you would love to visit? Or alternatively where is your favorite place you've ever visited? I got to visit the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland a few years back and it's really stuck with me since, would love to go back some day.

Hernani Delindro

No questions, at least not yet, but your left-hand writing is already much better than mine. And I'm a lefty 🤣

rirmscher

Can you write a tiny ted talk about anything to past-Malu? :)

Nephilim1977

I was just thinking yesterday of asking you a question while watching Desperado... Since most of us like it when you sing Spanish songs, do you have any other Spanish music suggestions you like? Preferably singer songwriter or folky type songs with acoustic guitar.

Jason Clemons

My first four questions: 1. Will you be bringing back the $20 tier? 2. Which came first for you: instruments, vocals, or radio? 3. In that same vein, which family member/s, if any, influenced or swayed your musical tastes as you were growing up? 4. Lastly, what was the first album you heard that really moved you spiritually and / or emotionally?

malukah

Haahahahaha! Come oooon. Now I need to see your handwriting. Hahaha

malukah

This is such a cool idea. Holy crap. Thanks for asking!

Chanda Panda

I must know the answer to this question too! 🤭

Jen

I am also a lefty 😃whoopwhoop 🤪 I wanna know: which pets did you have in the past? I guess I only know Thor? Of cause you loved all of them❤️, but is there any pet that was the "coolest"? 😅 I had bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and the rats were so cool! Sadly I developed an allergie😢 If you would write a song about your coolest pet, what would the text be like? 😅

Uwe Böhnke

Hi dear Malukah. Greetings from germany. Would you pleas keep your smile and happyness for ever?

TheAlb

Such a good idea :) What drew you to Berklee and what stood out for you there ? What drew you to the course(s) you chose there ? What is a TV Sreies / Movie that draws you to it due to its music and why ? Inspiration hits you to write a song, but instead you design it s as 3 (or 5) coures meal. how would it look like and why ? :D :D

Xavier Fuentes

Hi Malu! I have two questions, feel free to answer either one: 1. Do you remember the order in which you wrote the songs for All Of The Above and I Follow The Moon? And how did the final tracklists come together? 2. What are your favorite and least favorite memories from making both albums? Also, this is such a beautiful way to reclaim your love for crafts and stationery—you inspire me so much 🩵

Krayt

Which scenes or impressions from Mass Effect inspired my favorite song Reignite most?

Jason Lashley

How did you feel once you realized Dragon Born comes went viral and how did you adjust to the fame that came along with it?

riio

Hello Malukah ! I think that you play several instruments. Could you remind us what they are ? And if you could be able to play any instrument in the world, which one would it be ? And why ? Take care :)
