Just wondering, is it at all convenient for you to vary the time that you do these hours? I ask as I'm all the way in New Zealand, so when you do this, it's around 3am-4am in the morning for me, but I'd love to watch live some time.

Absolutely! The idea is to have a different time during the week. Monday morning usually works well for me, but I'd like to add Wednesday evening, or Thursday evening 9-11 CST as office hours whenever possible. Would 9pm CST work for you in NZ?

Catching up on the video. Can you explain the reason for different tunings you use? How do you decide what tuning to use for a particular song?
