Hey Malu! Make sure you're eating well and sleep as much as you can whenever you can. Dar pecho es lo mejor que puedes hacer. Felicidades! Tu cuerpo se irá adaptando a esta etapa y a la demanda de Dante que lógicamente es mucha cuando es leche materna. La formula satisface por periodos más largos a un bebé pero lo nutre menos. Los primeros dos meses y medio son los más difíciles pero ya falta poco! Otro dato importante de la leche materna: Todas sus defensas e inmunidad la está tomando de tu leche. Mientras reciba de tu leche, será más resistente que Thor ;) Un abrazo!

Hang in there. Parenting is exhaustive but ooohhh sooo rewarding! My Daughter had her first baby at age 35. The first few months up til about 8 were very hard. Woke up 3-4 times a night to feed the baby. You will come out on the other side better than when you started. Say Hi to Omi and Thor. Give little Dante a kiss. You're going to be the best Mom you can be.
