Yes that crash definitely sounds like his fault. Inner lane should go round and round until there's space on the outer lane to exit one of those double roundabouts.

I usually end up using just 1 in ear monitor, especially when singing with others, cause when using 2, it kinda makes it hard to hear the others properly
