Hi Everyone!

Sorry for the late set this week, it ended up being a bit of a monster. There are 36 unique modular train cars, each in a 'Steam Train' and 'Lightning Rail' style, a bunch of seamless textures and train tracks, and some pre-made themed trains. Alex aka The Boy King of Idaho also made an incredible original track to go with these maps (more below). Hope you all enjoy it!

Collaborators

Boy King of Idaho - Hey all, I'm Alex and I compose under the name the Boy King of Idaho. I make unique and immersive music and soundscapes for D&D and other tabletop rpgs. Big battle tracks, sweet and quiet ditties, dark and sinister tones, synthy and sci-fi vibes - all the audio a session might need. I release multiple new tracks weekly over on my Patreon at https://www.patreon.com/boykingofidaho. Thanks!

The train cars are spectacular! Maybe someday you can squeeze "wracked train cars" onto your list. :)

Thanks Brian, I had considered it for this pack, but it got too large as it is! Definitely in the future though.

My group is on the cusp of a train heist and this could not have come at a better time

Ohhhhh. Wowwwwww. Incredible. I couldn’t imagine a single thing about this whole pack that could be any better, far beyond my greatest expectations! This is mind bendingly good. I feel like you could pretty much make a whole dungeon crawl out of a string of these cars. Congratulations on a job very well done. Truly brimming with a sense of story and personality as always.

This is an amazing set, love both versions of the train!!!

Erlend Aakre

Well, that's just great.... Now the players can literally derail my campaign XD

Keven Simmons

Hopefully there might be a wooden "low-tech" version eventually - for use in old-west or low-magic fantasy settings.

Hi Keven, there is a full wooden steam train set included as well. Check the downloads.

I am gobsmacked. Wow. Murder on the Orient Express, anyone? ha ha
