Hey everyone!

With the release of Marco's Bharzul City Map I am almost done (at least for now) with the Bharzul series. I have one or two more Bharzul map sets in mind that I didn't quite get around to finishing this year, but after those we will be moving on to something new.

Rather than do another large settlement for 6-9 months, I want to do a few shorter run themes based on commonly used locations that often require multiple different types to make your world feel full and complete, and less like every single tavern/church/school in every town & city mysteriously looks exactly the same.

My plan is to let you pick the general concept and then do a few different map sets, maybe 3 or 4 depending on how many ideas I have, before we move on to the next theme. This will be similar to the Into the Wilds series, but on a much larger scale and with multiple variants so they can fit into different areas in your world.

I do have more settlements to do in the future as we continue to build out Cartosia, but for now I want to do something a bit different.

Please choose you preferred theme below, and let me know if you have any additional theme ideas in the comments.

This poll will end on Sunday December 31st

Really appreciate these, any/all of them will be so useful. Another idea might be a set of fairly basic village or town streets: it’s surprisingly hard to find good simple battlemaps for encounters *outside* ordinary buildings

Voting blank here but one note about ships - somehow the majority of ship maps have cannons, whereas most (i assume) or at least many fantasy worlds/settings don't have gunpowder :)

Mansions are great as they can really work for most genres (plenty of utility). Keep up the great work, Tom!

Beside the point of this particular poll, but I would love to extend my Legends of the 5 Rings asset bank for Dungeondraft; so Japanese themed stuff, particularly villages and places of worship.

Greyhawk certainly doesn't. But yeah, I would love to see some attention to ships that are from periods before the Age of Sail as well as options for non-canon weapons.

I still need that dragon turtle ship. I have found one it would be nice to have a TC version . Gnome clock work controls would work, could also be setup with manual man power kind like a Viking ship but mechanics to operate flippers. Could even be setup with Spell Jammer helm. Don't forget the mini sub to go with it. A baby turtle version used for covert operations.

I really liked your fire temple and water temple. I'd love to see more places of worship that don't just look like a medieval church. An island temple devoted to a uncaring god of storms, a church for the caretakers of the dead that comfort the bereaved and prepare burial rituals, etc.

Wow I was not expecting those results. I started at the top of the list (obviously) and made my way down and was thinking "there are already tons of maps available for these suggestions". And then I see the last option and thought, now those are some thing there are as many of. And lo and behold, it's the least popular option :(

Oh... here I was excited to have a new hotel or inn for my globetrotting party to explore. I'm sure another keep will be fine though.
