Dr. Jon Smith

Hi.. I just joined last month, as i had found some of your vids and thought you had a similar style to Drogon. I've seen you post that he is a main inspiration, so clearly we are both fans :D I'd love to give more feedback, but unfortunately I made the mistake of trying to 'catchup' on some of your content tonight by loading a few all at once and got blocked by mega.nz for exceeding my daily quota?? Is there any chance you could do something similar to how Drogon does his patreon, thru google drive links? Maybe even both to cut down on issues. He sometimes has other issues, such as links going down, but maybe links to both would mitigate this?

Hey there! First of all welcome and second of all thanks for the Feedback!

And Yes, I am a big Fan of Dragon. I will Look into it. Can you elaborate what happens when drogons links are down? Is it just a technical Error? But Yes, Both Could help and mitigate any issues. In the meantime you Could Download the Videos throughout multiple days. Even though its a Bit Annoying it should work 💜

Well once in awhile links wouldn't work, especially for people not logged into google, the link was very old and/or if a large amount of traffic went to it. He tends to re-upload and provide a new link when that happens is all? That's from the outside looking in, idk if there is something being done behind the scenes. though.

ah.. and i just tried again today, loading only two links to start, and it hit the limit before it finished loading either. So, I looked into it and it ranges from 1 to 5gb, and mostly for links that have been transferred 10+ times. A lot of your older posts likely are well past that, so they are pseudo 'flagged' by mega nz. https://help.mega.io/plans-storage/space-storage/transfer-quota
