In this Warhammer 40k in 40 minutes we focus on gameplay and you will get a bit more insight into strategy and what is going on in the minds of the players.

The hubris of the Ultramarines have led them to a heavily fortified T'au space fortress and this could spell disaster for them.

Nick is equipped with a shiny newer T'au codex and Tak will need to use all the tricks and tactics to try and get points. This was shot before the latest balance update so unfortunately no Armour of Contempt to help the Space Marines.

We could not do this without the support of you, Patrons! As this community grows we will gain the ability to produce more content and hopefully produce it faster so that our episodes don't fall behind the current Warhammer landscape too badly. Thank you so much for supporting us!

Do you guys at Play on Tabletop have any advice for Imperial guard regarding Armour of Contempt? I find it makes it harder to use bullgryn or autocannons and while I would love to have more plasma, my local meta has a lot of Redemptor Dreadnoughts that half the damage of plasma. I've been trying to use more Melta and Lascannons in a 500 point matches. This week it's going up to 1000 points so maybe with the inclusion of a second tank It wont hurt so much but I would still love to hear some advice. I usually run Armageddon for the increase in rapid fire range and the ignore AP-1 for my vehicles to counter the tactical doctrine.

Wonderful video! I especially like it when the players explain why they do or don't make certain decisions. It brings out the tactics and strategy that is ever present within this game, but often gets drowned out by the excitement of rolling dice and pretty models. Glory to Tau "Railgun" Nick!

Excellent work guys! I just feel Tau is too powerful now and UM even with the armour of contempt are behind. If I would play Tau I would go with faster units, I think Tak startegy was way too conservative, so Tau played confortable staying behind and shooting, I really think against Tau any army needs to run across the board to put these guns down asap. Very fun game to see, keep up the good work guys!

That was a bad ass game! Props to Tak for holding out so long, but it’s Twenty-Twenty Tau 🙌

Steve has been knocking it out of the park with his voiceover commentary. His takes and humor are the best! I hope the teaching job is going well for you, Steve!

I think tak forgot about the armour of contempt rule for that 1st eradicator death

Hey. Random but maybe fun. Tao v NIDS Have the gentleman who plays NIDS in tournaments and wants to run a pure hoard army against all the shots nick can muster! That would be a fun game
