I don't know if is it just me or the video's sound seems way louder than your's one.

Sawahiro

yeah, the video's sound is louder than your voice

Hey Neel, the mic is better, just enough that I can understand everything, but you might want to up the mic a bit more or lower the anime more

Crow

I’m super excited for the next episode! Can’t wait for you to meet the teacher 🙏

Jan Negrey

I concur with others that audio levels are a bit off. Either you'd have to be louder, or Anime would have to be quieter. But you can see it for yourself easily.

neeld

ya messed around with some settings today. it should be better moving forward :)

Jan Negrey

No problem. It was a bit better after you adjusted mic and anime volume. You can try some examples by recording yourself against this episode for like 2 minutes with adjusted settings. Take 10%-15% off the volume of the Anime (it was loud but I wouldn't quiet it too much) and increase gain on your mic. If you can't increase the volume of your mic, only then decrease the volume of Anime more and maybe after that you can try to increase the volume in post. But you probably know this better than I do.
