It's Rei's birthday and some of you want to see more girls wearing evening dresses and presumably out of them in due course.

I've also been testing a couple of different hair sets for Rei - basically the same style but better executed. This is one that I'm trying, the last image I posted used another.

Both are an improvement on the original hair, but they're also dforce (simulated) which requires a bit more work to set up, so I may switch back to the old hair when I can get away with it.
