I made some more tees.

Then I tested one with a workout at home πŸ˜‚

One of my favorite colors 😍 I love a fuchsia or a shade of it. That and mauvy pinks/purples. So girly of me, I know πŸŽ€ I don’t think I’m a girly-girl though.

After making this batch of tees myself, I came to conclusion, yet again…….this is definitely not the best route. Geez. What am I doingggg πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

I also don’t like the Shopify/print on demand route either, though. 🫩

So we keep trying…

I keep getting texts that I hope are spam, telling me someone else is trying to take the Till Failure trademark. It’s on my list to revive that application - but in NJ, you also need proof of business/sales in order to keep a mark alive….so yeah. I’m trying, I’m trying.

You’ll figure out the best way. You are always thinking & learning- but yeah I’m sure it feels πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«. You’re lucky- any color looks good on youπŸ‘šBritt. Probably spam- it’s so hard to tell these days Whats is legit and what isn’t. Keep trying- it’s probably mentally exhausting, but you got this!

What I observed on the website is that it says, "Gather proof of use, such as website screenshots or product label or packaging showing active commercial use." I'm guessing maybe you should start selling some so you can just gather proof that you're actively running it while you wait for the registration to solidify. I'm just sharing my input. I know you have gone through the necessary steps, and it's a brilliant name! If there is a will, there is a way. πŸŒžπŸ¦‹

So I've actually been through this trademark process before....and it sounds simple, doesn't it? There is a lot that they don't accept when it comes down to it though lol. You're right - I have to start actually selling them. And get rid of that last bit of fear that slows me down, too.
