About the Game

Picross Runes combines satisfying logic nonogram puzzles with high-fantasy heroines and escalating stripping sequences. Use numerical row and column clues to carve out ancient rune patterns. As you solve each puzzle tier — from 10×10 apprentice glyphs to 12×12 elemental seals and massive 15×15 grand matrixes — the heroine’s attire gradually sheds from ornate fantasy robes to delicate lingerie, culminating in full uncensored exposure. Across twelve distinct heroines, each comes with fully voiced-style multi-language dialogue, custom rune boards, and two explicit, fully uncensored finale illustrations.

Meet the Twelve Heroines

Top row — the four you already know from the free version, then the first two of the sealed ones: a shrine maiden who guards the torii gate with a blade, a crimson pyromancer forged in the ruins of a burning city, a barefoot elf elementalist who speaks to the deep forest, a frost mage princess ruling a palace of ice, a lightning knight in blackened plate, and a moonlight priestess who only appears under a crescent.
