Not to play internet doctor, but I’m very curious if you’re aware of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or if you’ve ever been screened for it..?

There is gorl. Who is gorl?

Good presentation. Now I'm really curious about you got into fasting and how the heck one can even fast for nine days, holding out for a vid on that one day :)

Id love to watch this, unfortunately the A/C frequency in the background was made by the CIA to disrupt brainwaves and thus it cannot be watched.

Nice

I have been doing a don’t eat food with additives the app yuka flags as bad diet, as well as being skeptical of seed oils and natural flavors, this helps to cut down processed food for sure. Also been focusing on high-fiber foods, have been losing weight. Idk if I feel differently than my previous diet, wasn’t paying attention. Carnivore + fruit is what Peter Attia does I think. No boilerplate has a video on why he likes Soylent and he fits all of the things you said in the archetype.

The no bad ingredients diet / “orthorexia ” is another one, like the Bobby approved guy on YouTube for example

Nah I mean Greg has a lot of classic signs of it? Especially with the ultra stretchy skin he’s shown off before, he’s had hyper mobility in vids before ESPECIALLY in the hands… the pissues are a common symptom, and the ligament degeneration often gets misdiagnosed as arthritis cuz doctors like horses, not zebras. Like idk if there’s any family history to look into, and I already feel weird mentioning it in like a comment section, but EDS is degenerative? If you catch it early enough you can slow down progression, but like, if you don’t it is NOT A FUN OUTCOME.

The way to fast for nine days is to fast like you're trying to break your own record. Every time you eat it's a defeat, you splurge then you try again. It's not about the effects, it's about the ludonutrionnal motivation. Then one day you take it too far and you'll never be able to bear to intentionally fast again, kind of like an alcoholic drink that you can't even look at after you've had that one really bad experience with !

Hi there you can use JACK (jack audio connection kit) to real time filter out bad sounds and vibes from your audio. It's open source, works on windows & linux. It's for music people but it can be used my mere mortals. Here is a tutorial on how to install it a basic usage information. It will filter ALL audio before it can disrupt your gamma/beta brainwave patterns to return your to consumption state. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzd7naKzRgw
