That last panel went through a few versions and ended up taking longer than I thought or wanted. I hope to get next week's up earlier, and hopefully back to a week ahead of public pages just in time for Christmas travel to muck things up again (lol).

Besides Dani trying to run from drama, since Mira needs actual shadows, this makes their powersets inimical, doesn't it? Especially if Dani's powered up in the sun. Mira seems to have moved on from that she temporarily wasn't in the driver's seat when abandoning Dani to trying to explain the even more awkward she's not looking for a relationship at the moment.
