Is the override key only for the facility she is in or can she use it for other facilities?

It's not said in the game itself, but I'd assume that it would only provide control over the facility it was created for, for the sake of compartmentalization if nothing else. Then again, Umbrella is dumb, so it could arguably work in other facilities as well.

Honestly I would go for weapons data seeing as we are on RE9 irl so we know they are sticking around for a while. Plus she could start her own faction with Jill and Chris etc. like I think all of the other groups turn evil in canon (bsa bss terrasave)

Technically we’re talking about resident evil here so we’re assuming that the location she’s in is in Raccoon city so the real question is how is she getting out? You don’t just walk out. And she would know that. So escaping early only put you outside with the outbreak is going wild. What I would be looking for is alternate ways to get out of the city that the lab she is in is connected to if there’s another section that has a way to get out of the city then the override key would be incredibly valuable. But almost every game has the hero characters have to come down into one of the labs before they can get out. Quite literally her best bet. Is to get clothes get ironed, and then go to a section that she would cross paths with the heroes with a nifty override key. Because argue boy the only way out of the city is either with Claire and Leon or with Jill the main cities already in lockdown and we know the outside umbrella would love to test their nemesis project on their widow project. Quite literally escaping early doesn’t help us at all. Because you’re only escaping with facility to the outside outbreak.

Technically, the outbreak isn't happening in earnest yet. This is about 18 hours before the start of RE3 Remake, which is when things really start to fall apart -it can't be too publicly crazy yet, Jill is still safely and casually at home at that point, not trying to shelter in place or whatever, just any other night- and it's not for escaping the city altogether, it's trying to escape the NEST facility. The rest of it is fair enough points, about the potential benefits, but I shan't speak to them in detail lest it appear I'm trying to manipulate the vote.

Sad, isn't it? All the good guy organizations turned out to be not so good. Which I guess was kind of an underlying point of the games? That people can be good, and try to do the right thing, and act in individual good faith, but be betrayed by collective bad faith.
