Bumzu has always been with SVT since their trainees days, he was their vocal trainer too

Unforgettable

i felt bad for both seungkwan and dk always being compared to eachother bc the situation just hurt them both i wish everyone could just appreciate them the same because all 13 are so equally talented

Seeing DK cry and lose his confidence is probably the worst thing on earth bc we know how much of a sunshine he is 😭 I really feel like him being casted as a main lead in excalibur helped him to be his best self. He was already good but he improved so much. I feel sad that he still doesn't feel like he's good enough 😔

night star

Okay, let's go math time. If only since debut in general, they have been together for 9-10 years , but if we see it from pre-debut to now, some members have hit their 15th anniversary together, like S.coups and Woozi.

heh hih😃힣헿

The third-generation idols worked really hard. Their narrative, which has been piled up from the bottom, shines very brightly now.

I got into seventeen from this very show and I was soooo into the vocal team and this performance that this result to this day still shocks me lol. like i still go back to hear this performance cuz i love harmonies but then i remember they placed LAST with this!!!

Itami

Tbh for me the public voting where hiphop was first, vocal placed second made more sense to me at that time than the judges’ ranking💀

Roxy

actually i still see Dokyeom not being 100% confident about his skills even now, i feel like comparing him with Seungkwan was always there through his whole career( even recently he said he wants to go to lee mujin service but he thinks he should work and practice more so he can go and sing there :( patiently waiting for dokyeom on lee mujin service or another vocal show, or maybe even his solo debute🥹

botchie

Bumzu was in the first episode

Dee

I love all 13 of them dearly, but as a unit I think I always lean more towards the vocal unit. Like evrytime SVT makes a comeback I really look forward to the vocal unit song. But like Josh said, if I were to rank this event, vocal team's performance might come in 3rd for me as well. Not because they lack the talent. I think this kind of event and place had a vibe that'd go more with dance and hiphop

My heart hurts so much watching DK in this episode 😥

Ariel

The song at 18:15 was in twinkling watermelon, from what I remember it's the song the boys sing to get Ha Eun Gyeol to return to them at Eun Gyeol, Cheong Ah, and Se Kyoung/EunYu's school.

I grew up with the 2nd gen, so I absolutely love After School and the artists under Pledis. All units covering AS songs took my entire heart! (Performance team - Im Not An Easy Woman, Vocal team - Because of You, HH team - A Midnight Summer's Sweetness).

I feel like if I was there, I would've voted HHU. But I agree on why the judges made PU first after re-watching. Actually when Jessi said it's a competition, she was talking about the industry and that if they debut as they are, they might not make it as a team cause they don't stand out. P.S they showed the samgyupsal party in post credits

Somnia

43:19 When Jessi said it's a competition and everyone laughed, it's because it's a famous line of hers from the show Unpretty Rapstar. It made her famous, where she goes off in front of the contestants with a speech half in English. "THIS IS A COMPETITION!" It's worth searching a clip on YT, it's iconic.
