Thank you so much for the reaction, this album is really beautiful and literally represents the end of a journey they've been carrying since their debut since it's the end of their lore of 7 years! I also recommend Beautiful Strangers on Studio Choom (Yeonjun created 80% of the choreography), and Upside Down Kiss on Move To Performance (the choreo is insane).

So happy for the deep dive into this era!

Thank you so much for reacting to the album 💙 I’m so glad you enjoyed it - it’s been on repeat for me ever since it dropped! This album is especially meaningful because it brings TXT’s long-running lore and discography-based narrative to a close. For some context, it ties back to the promise they first made under the stars in their debut album: that no matter what happens, they’ll find each other again. And now, that promise is fulfilled - they’ve reunited so they can finally move forward into “tomorrow” (a theme woven throughout their discography, especially in Minisode 3: TOMORROW). The album essentially explores different versions of togetherness. What I really love about TXT is that their songs almost always carry multiple meanings. There’s the surface-level interpretation, but also a deeper symbolic thread that connects to their lore - and this album is full of that. It can definitely be hard to catch all those layers without the full context of their past work, so it was really interesting to see how you both interpreted things! Like I totally agree with your take on Upside Down Kiss, but as Cait mentioned, if you take the sexual lens away, it can also be read as a song about how, even when the world is flipped and chaotic, a strong connection becomes grounding, like an anchor in a disoriented world. Beomie Bear’s song summaries are honestly worded way better than anything I could put together, so if you’re interested in exploring more of those deeper, narrative-based interpretations, I really recommend giving those a read - they offer such a different and thoughtful perspective, and I feel like give people a whole new appreciation for TXT’s albums. One thing I will add though is that I loved that you picked up on Song of the Stars feeling like a love letter between the members and MOA - it’s such a beautiful and emotional way to close both the album and their storyline. In the behind-the-scenes recording they shared, Yeonjun actually teared up while recording that song, so I have no idea how the members or MOA 😭 are going to make it through singing it live in concert. But I know it’s going to be so beautiful and moving when they do. It’s bittersweet that the narrative they’ve been building since debut has come to an end, but I’m so excited to see what’s next 💙 I’d love if you checked out some performances for this comeback as they’ve been killing it (plus Yeonjun made a lot of the choreography for Beautiful Strangers so it’d be cool if you guys could see it in full)

This album is the ending to their storyline/lore....thus all of the remembering and looking back. Their lore is complex and this leans very heavily into The Star Seekers part of their lore. So, all of the members have talked about how emotional it will be to sing The Song of the Stars with MOA in concert. Bookish Theories has a good video on the concept trailer and Beautiful Strangers that will explain the importance of the star, their names, the promise, etc. Thanks for reacting!
