I'm a late night snacker, and I was just about to look for something to watch brah. ATP you guys know my schedule. Also, in episode 7 when he says this place looks oddly familiar, it's a call back to a drama he was in that was based around that time period.

When Gu Won said this place looked familiar, his last drama he played a king (the red sleeve) and he slayed that role. First idol actor to win the baeksang (grand award).. y'all should watch it, sooo good and different from other historical dramas

Suddenly got so emotional at the reference to the red sleeve. This drama is my all time favorite, it's painfully beautiful. You guys really need to watch it.

Gu Won is so cute and Sarang is so lovely!!! His previous drama was very successful, so he mentioned it indirectly through his lines. It is a historical drama based on a true story of one of the two people who is called the daewang(great king) in Korea.(The king I admire the most) With that drama, he win the baeksang over the Squid Game lead actor at that time! And that's the first and only idol actor so far. If you want to watch Korea historical drama, choose the red sleeve. The history professors praised it!

Aww, “The Red Sleeve”❤️. One of my all time favorite KDramas! This is the first kdrama that I bought the official Blu Ray for. Junho is such a phenomenal actor; I really can’t get enough of him and his acting. I love him in every role I watch him in. Also, There are actually quite a few Easter Eggs/Shoutouts to “The Red Sleeve” within “King The Land”. It always makes me smile. I hope you both will consider watching it some day!

oh not me doing the same thing as Josh and Kate during the last scene of episode 8. love watching this with you guys.
