Excited for your reaction to the next two eps 🤩

Maggie Fuller

I really suggest you guys react to Nineteen to Twenty, it’s a dating show but (as the name suggests) it’s with 19 year olds turning 20. I think I saw someone else suggest this a while ago and wanted to mention it again.

Great content as usual guys! I think Singles Inferno and Transit Love S2 have different strengths - TL2 was so interesting to see real relationship dynamics at play, and you always have hours worth of something to say for everything you've watched. It's real, already established relationships with nuance and grey areas that you can't label everyone as purely evil and purely good - they're human and you really end up acknowledging that. Singles Inferno is that melodramatic, instantly gratifying reality TV with bold characters put into special circumstances that forces them to interact and react passionately (and thus leads to over the top interactions and reactions due to absurd yet fun rules and the complete cut off from society and their normal lives, thus giving them the only goal of socializing, being all up in your feelings, and 'falling in love' quickly).

Honestly Josh , when I’d heard that they made Dex a host it kinda bothered me. I was like why himmm ? Why change the dynamic with the other four already being enough ? But the more I watched , the more I actually liked him being there. He’s not bad and brings a good vibe.

Omg super excited for this season!!! 😆

Wow, you are a great analyst. I totally agree with you. They are tow different shoes. To me transit love is more real though because it deals with real relationships. Singles inferno is more entertaining I would say but to me , too artificial

I agree It's a exciting and entertaining show, but it seems to be a program that lacks veracity bc it’s hard to find true love in less than a week. Maybe that's why it’s difficult to maintain a realtionship after the show😢

After Fake real man, Single Inferno, Game of blood, Dex(Jinyoung) became a popular celeb these days in KR, so the production team seems to have thought it would be better to add him as a panel:)

I recommend a show called “I am Solo”. It's a show with solos in their late 20s ~40s who want to get married participating. It's *very realistic*, and entertaining.😂 Especially, S16 which featuring singles who are back in the market was the second most popular dating show in KR, after Transit Love S2!!

Agreed! The extremely short time frame, Korean beauty standards, and just the dating culture of SKorea (date first, get to know you later) can work against the idea of a dating show :(

Thank you, and I prefer Transit Love as well! I can watch people navigate their relationships all day! They're not bad people, but sometimes they do things you don't like or agree with, and you can end up understanding them because of how the show is set up. Singles Inferno is great for the excitement, but trust me, I'm not attached to any of these contestants, and don't want to follow up on these made up relationships after the show.

Same. The first few episodes might be less interesting, bc they are still in school setting. But as the episodes proceed, the feelings they develop might be the purest, and the most honest, raw out of all dating shows. Srsly loved the show

Mightve been me on the schedule post I mentioned this show, I really do hope they check it out but between this and transit love 3 might not happen for awhile or at all. Hopefully they give it a shot because they were more mature in that show then the older adults are on other dating shows lol.

princess

i love the basketball player n the life science girl....so cute!!!!!

"are these like little carrot pillows..little plums..hello" IJBOL your commentary when it comes to dating shows always cracks me up Josh. Personally, from what I've seen not my favorite season and I found it to be quite boring (my opinion/unpopular opinion) but watching y'all react to it makes it much more entertaining to watch that I've decided to just watch along with y'all cause that's the only way ill give this season a shot. Also, hope your feeling much better Cait which I think you are since I watched your reaction to "W" and you seem to be feeling better, but still keep warm guys over here its been cold weather so everyone is bundled up:)

CJ

Omg you both are hilarious! Josh most especially 😂 this made watching it so much more fun and entertaining! You are awesome folks to hang out with 😁💜
