Dear Craftworldians,

Welcome to our new video tutorial.

In this lesson I will share some of the wisdom behind Underpainting technique, when it comes to Painting Ambiance and Sketching Volumes. Also, in this video I will test and try new Drop Paints by Scale 75 for the first time.

You all know by now, from our tutorials, that both Marko and I use Scale Artist Range for most of our paintings. Naturally, we were excited to try this new range that is set to revolutionize airbrushing.

See more at their Kickstarter.

If Marko or I, use airbrush, it is mostly for underpainting stage, so I decided to test this paints for the use I need the most, and to share it with you all with new lesson.

There is a variety of paints available in this range, mat paints, pastels, metallic. The experience I am sharing today is only by a few tones I have chose from the samples we got.

From the sample bottles I couldn't learn the exact names of the tones I was using, but I was browsing videos and pictures on Kickstarter, and I believe these could be the names of the paints I was using:

- 29 Venus Blue

- 23 Deep Blue

- 37 Dark Mauve

- 34 Coral Red

- 44 Lemon Yellow

Stay tuned for next lesson and let's paint this beautiful fabrics!

Miniature I am painting is one of the stl's from this month Titan Forge Patreon.

- I printed this miniature using Phrozen Sonic Mini 8k.

- & Aqua Red Clay 8K resin.

- Airbrush I use is Iwata Hi Line

What PSI were you using for the drop paints? Somewhere around 22ish?
