hello, I am considering making a new asmr channel, but for that I need more information, if anyone knows, anything, if my new channel would get deleted too, any bans, what other creators who got their channel deleted did (if you follow any other), what's smart for me to do etc. i am a bit lost due to youtube's inconsistency and random deletings. Any help & comment is appreciated mwa !!

Don’t know to much about this but by what I’ve heard your best bet might be to try and get a real person to review your ban appeal on x by tweeting at the TeamYouTube account. Maybe your account got flagged for having a Patreon link

Maybe try something like: “Hello @TeamYouTube. My ASMR channel was terminated and my appeal was wrongfully denied for "Sex & Nudity." My content is strictly SFW sleep/relaxation aid. I had a Patreon link, but it contains ZERO 18+ content—it is strictly for extra SFW audio. Please help me get a manual human review for this false positive” and put your channels full URL too

I did that on Twitter multiple times, I'll copy and paste what you did though, thank you! 💗💗💗 everybody has a linktre or patreon link though, I think it's because of something else, but there's not much to say

If you don’t think it was the Patreon link then maybe say “Hello @TeamYouTube. My clean ASMR channel was terminated for "Sex & Nudity" and my appeal was denied. I have NO adult external links. My video audio consists strictly of SFW triggers like [list your triggers, e.g., whispering/tapping] meant exclusively for sleep aid and anxiety relief. This is a clear false positive from the algorithmic sweep. Please grant my channel a manual human review”. It really is hard to get their attention, you are just going to have to try your best and continue to try and get a reply from their staff in any form you can. Best of luck

Only thing to know fully is trying and see if they delete that one also. You will never get a human at google even big YouTubers who don’t have connections can’t reach a human

Termination like that is tricky, I've also had my channels terminated before. The only clean way to go about it is by getting an appeal through. Try to be as specific as possible inside your appeal, don't mention other channels but much rather go into detail as to which guidelines they claim you violated and explain why you didn't. You should also quote those guidelines. Furthermore don't use chatgpt or anything to write up a response for you, I wouldn't be surprised if they got an AI text flag. Appeals can take time and are an annoying back and forth. About creating a new account... it's also risky because before you are appealed it COULD be counted as ban evasion. At the end of the day though you'll have no other choice but to try set up a new Gmail if nothing else works. Giving up is not the option after all. Important is though that you make sure to rebuild your account as clean as possible which means, no shirt-scratching, any type of licking or chewing on things and so on. Nothing that can be counted even remotely suggestive. Also try adding a disclaimer at the beginning of the Video saying "This content is meant for relaxation purposes only. etc etc". So yeah starting fresh will limit you in ways that others don't have but once you build credibility then you can slowly test yourself back into mouth sounds and whatever. Just gotta take some safety measures so it doesn't get wrongfully flagged again.
