update for recently purchased customs! (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to give everyone a little update! I've been very busy with some personal things lately, especially since college is right around the corner for me. I've been looking for a place to rent, packing my things, preparing to move, and getting everything ready!

There may be some delays with the custom videos this month while I get settled into my new place and adjust to college life. But rest assured, I'll still be doing my best to get the videos out as soon as I can! <3

For everyone who has purchased a custom video from me and hasn't received it yet, I am truly sorry for the delay. I'll be trying to film some, if not all, of them within the next week and send them to you as soon as possible. As a way of making up for the wait, I'll also be adding an extra 5 minutes to your custom video.

If you've purchased a custom from me and would rather receive a refund because of the delay, that's completely okay too! Just send me a message and I'll be happy to work things out with you!

I also want to address something really quickly. Someone recently called me a scammer because of the delays and threatened to make a post accusing me of scamming them. (I have sent them their refund so that's solved.) I want everyone to know that I have been communicating with everyone about the delays and doing my best to keep all of you updated. I've always tried my best to be honest and transparent with everyone, and those who have purchased customs from me before know that I do deliver their videos. I have never once scammed anyone.

Again, I'm genuinely sorry for the delays, and I really appreciate everyone's patience with me. Please remember that I'm only human and I'm doing my best to balance everything as best as I can right now. :<
