v0.24 release - Presets, cum quality, better penetration (Patreon)

Hello!In this update there isn't any new story, but I added some new mechanics and improvements that I hope you like. Also added modding support, at this stage only for adding custom textures for lashes, brows, eyeliner, eyeshadow. I'll let the changelog explain the rest.
