I've started a Subscribestar account as an alternative to Patreon. I'm not leaving Patreon or anything, but this will be a simpler alternative with less restrictions

Have you considered using discord?

ari_lolwut

Sure that's fine :) Just be aware that it's still going to be a little while before I get all the same content posted there as well

So does this mean the alternative will have uncensored content, whereas this one will? Certainly don't let this make you hold back on certain ideas.

Shotred

That's good that you have more options just in case things happen

Kenneth

Know it's probably a hassle but to echo Shotred's words it's definitely the smart choice to already have a transition location and plan in place. Patreon is quickly showing less and less courtesy and leniency to "NSFW creators". So now if patreon just ups and shuts you down with little to no warning we at least know where to seek you out at.

LordSykos

Is there not an option for using PayPal on there? Is it ONLY through direct use of a card?

justin
