Crafting Lucky Paradox #67: Now in Russian, Chinese and More! (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Great news is coming to Lucky Paradox!

The first thing I would like to announce is that, thanks to the hard work of Sirxtias over these past few weeks, we will finally have Lucky Paradox in Russian and Chinese, in addition to a possible German version with the collaboration of some members of the community.

Sirxtias created a piece of software capable of extracting and organizing all of the game’s texts, which makes the task of adapting it into other languages considerably easier for us. It also works with Google Translate and with several AI translation tools.

This is an enormous step forward for us as developers, because it will allow us to bring Lucky Paradox, and the projects that come after it, to players we were previously unable to reach. For now it will be a testing phase, so we will be paying close attention to your feedback. It is likely that several errors will appear, since translating such a large game is a titanic feat, but I am certain that, in time, it will turn out wonderfully.

I am going to implement the translations starting from the next version, so that you can enjoy the game in your own language!

Regarding the next update, I have been working on the Charpentier family’s story, and it has been utter chaos, haha! As those who have been paying attention will have already guessed, Charlotte’s plot has been drawing closer and closer to Yui’s, and at this point the two become one.

As we are reaching the final arcs of Lucky Paradox, it is now that all the storylines begin to converge and the pace picks up. However, while writing and organizing the new events, I ran into a problem: Charlotte’s “Best Match” events with Yui.

These create some odd gaps in the game loop that I was unable to foresee in the early stages of development. The good news is that there is a solution: I am going to remove those three events in order to move them into Charlotte’s main story, and build the rest of the update from there. For now, I do not want to give any spoilers.

As for the erotic scenes, at the moment I have three planned: one with Charlotte, another with Sophia and another with Juliette, with the possibility of a fourth for “Goth Charlotte.” In any case, we shall see what the future holds, because I still have a great deal left to write :)
