OverDrive Realistic Economy V2.0 is now available.

V2 builds on the economy changes from V1 and focuses mainly on making the banking system and career progression feel much more meaningful.

What’s new in V2:

Expanded bank with 12 different loan options

Loans ranging from €5,000 to €600,000

Reworked interest rates

Much longer and more realistic repayment periods

Higher daily repayments so loans actually affect your finances

Credit limits now increase gradually as you level up

Bank access requires more completed jobs

Company progression unlocks later

Own trailers unlock later

Completely reworked XP progression

Early levels remain reasonable, while higher levels take noticeably more work

Maximum financing is now reserved for established careers instead of being available almost immediately

The idea is to make loans useful without making them free money, and to make reaching higher levels actually mean something.

V1 economy changes are still included.

V3 will focus on another part of the economy, with more information coming later.
