The wait is finally over.

OverDrive Realistic Physics V1.0 is officially released!

This project took longer than originally planned because I wanted to spend more time testing, fixing and fine-tuning the physics instead of rushing the release.

The main goal of V1.0 is to make trucks and trailers feel much more connected to the road and the environment around them.

You can see and feel how the wheels, suspension, chassis, cab, trailer and complete vehicle combination react to bumps, uneven surfaces, different road conditions and changes in weight.

A solo truck will not react the same way as a tandem setup, an empty trailer or a heavily loaded trailer. Weight and vehicle configuration have a much bigger influence on how the entire combination moves and reacts.

Tandem configurations are also supported, allowing the whole construction to move together instead of feeling completely rigid.

I’m linking the previous video post instead of uploading the entire video again because a video like this takes hours to upload to Patreon.

I don’t want to delay the release any longer just to re-upload the same video, so you can watch the full demonstration through the link above.

The video shows the physics across four different configurations:

Early Access ends on October 19, 2026.

On October 19, the mod becomes completely FREE for everyone.

A separate download post is available for subscribers.

Thank you for all the patience, testing, feedback and support during development.
