that's so coooool! I like this story time 📖🤓 yes more please 🙏

Shalyn M

I love this, found myself smiling listening to the story. I always wish I had discovered them when my mom was still alive because I know she would have loved them. 💜

Oh dear, we love you, and I am sure she is up there looking out for you. Stay safe fam!

First, yes more content like this 🙌🏾 witnessing and being part of the journey is one of the most amazing things about being ARMY. These stories, AJJ’s Aftershocks, when you shared going out for Korean food or vibin in your car (HILAR btw 🤣) - this is our culture! Second, you do realize you made new ARMY, right? That’s how it happens too. They see you, the light and excitement you have, the fun, laughter, engagement, positivity, humbleness and optimism, they wanna know where you tapped that from, then they experience and realize it IS as amazing as everyone says, and that’s it’s family? YASSS! I’ve “sired” new ARMY like that before. My guy told me one day he had conversation about BTS with his homies and I had SO many questions! I was in awe that he was having outside convos w/people, I didn’t know he was paying that much attention to me! Better yet, he was defending them when those silly retorts of being in another language, or slights about their looks came up 🙄 He’s a rap line enthusiasts and was saying “But they rap too, they have 3 rappers who dance AND rap!” Apparently they watched a video and by the end, his bros were about it 😎 I was beside myself. I think I’ll keep him 🤣 TLDR. I’m so happy for you all and yes keep this content in your wheelhouse, it’s so appreciated.

I feel the same...my mommy has also passed but I know would have just gone nutz during the Dynamite era! Our moms are up there vibin I’m sure!

Thank you both that warms my heart. ARMY is the best family and support system ever 💜💜

Tanya perez

BTS will snatch up your whole family!!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I inadvertently got my daughter into them when I showed her their video. She’s baby army now (9y/o) and just adores them. She was telling my mom about them, so my mom dove head first into that rabbit hole so she could know all about what her granddaughter likes and they could talk about it. She sends me videos now “show this to granddaughter”, “isn’t this granddaughters favorite one, he’s such a cutie.” It’s funny. I know more about these fellas than I do my own family. LoL. It’s like I didn’t want to know all this information about them, and why did I feel guilty buying mint ‘n chip ice cream. (Sorry RM!)

Sounds like you definitely found yourself a keeper, that was awesome! I never could understand people hesitating because of the language barrier. Between mumble rap, screamo, and regular songs you just can't understand the words to (to this day, I still don't know all the words of R-E-S-P-E-C-T, Aretha is still the queen though), the language barrier really isn't an excuse. English or otherwise, I usually tend to keep subtitles on just for clarification. xD

Blaze's family is an absolutely amazing bunch of humans. I can see why Blaze turned out so awesome - he comes from great family.

Jenni Hamblin

Is it selfish that I want to keep "Storytime with Blaze" to just the watcher Fam? I love this and I don't want any random hater making comments or dislikes, when I so enjoy getting to know more about our Fellas! Thanks Guys!

m

That's dope man that your fam is so open-minded. Happened to my family & my friends too and I wasn't even trying to convert them or anything. For alot of ppl it takes a while tho to fall into the rabbit hole... Now the kids in my fam love them too (and BT21) lol

DrValkyrie

Wow that was so heartwarming. So...when do we get the invite to this BTS + wine party?

Pamela Rivers

Can you put all your YouTube BTS reaction to videos and live performances on Patreon? Please. Pretty please😘

Anna Persson

could have been butterfly you were referring to with jimin singing ?

Monick Marcelo

Yaaaaas! More of this. I kinda have the same story, I only found out that my mom is a fan when I saw her Facebook acct liking or commenting on BTS vids there so took a screenshot of her likes/comments and sent to our group chat. Surprise surprise my mom, younger sister and I have the same love for JK and V.

Michelle Tetzke

Yes please do one if these again. As always, be well and God bless you all. Borahae.💜

A. Brown

I love hearing this, thanks so much for sharing. Love how BTS reaches so many regardless of language.

Yep a guy like that is a winner for sure 😬🤓 Thank you so much for the feedback. We always want to make sure that what we share is something that people want to hear. We don’t want to be like telemarketers out here in these streets ya know 🤣

This is so good to read. It’s amazing how BTS can be that conduit for genuine connection between generations. This is what it’s all about right here 🤓

whatchagot2say
>>51929188

Things like this I think we will keep on Patreon. I think most of the YouTube audience is only interested in reactions anyway so I think it’s best 🤓

whatchagot2say
>>51938944

We used to do that but early adopters complained that the content on here is the same as YouTube so we stopped. I think most people don’t like that.

LibLady26

I can relate! My daughter worried me to death to listen to BTS for months before I finally saw the MVs for "Spring Day" and "Not Today". I was impressed, but what finally pulled me into the rabbit hole was "MIC Drop"! Love you guys!

Kelley J

My daughter made me watch Bulletproof Part 2 back in 2013 (?) when it first came out (she was 13 at the time) and I could not get over their precision and passion in dance (former dancer myself) not to mention the fact that such highly produced choreography could be performed while singing...get the heck outta here!!! We have NOTHIN’ like that here! As a result of her love for BTS and other K-Pop groups, she taught herself Korean and is now a linguistics major in college. THAT’S the kind of influence they have!

Jesi Ryan

I love new ARMYs!!!

whatchagot2say

This is such an incredible story! Thank you so much for sharing Kelley. Love, love, LOVE hearing stories like this 😁

Delilah Rivera

I'd LOVE to know what your uncle Fred thinks about the vocal line for Crystal Snow & Your Eyes Tell

Alyssa

loved this! I'll watch more stories like this as well :)

Cynthia Serra Neves

That is awesome! It would be great to organise a family reaction when time allows it.

YN

Omg your fam becoming part of the bts fam! Loved this storytime post!!!! 💜💜💜

Flor Tejada

My 71 year old mother discovered BTS on her own and she is now ARMY! She also watches your Youtube channel and ya'll crack her up! She was telling me about you guys even though I had already been watching your videos for the past couple of months and I was like YASSSSS! Love you guys!
