Yes You could hear the passion when he sings this. In one stage he cried singing this. Also in the intro of the most beautiful moment in life pt 1 as well. The Wings album was such a great album to show off each members talent, creativity and passion behind their voices and words.

I really love Yoongi's solo songs and he has always done a really good job of translating emotions into music. Even without knowing anything he is saying, you can just feel the passion and angst in this song, reducing you to tears. Hobi and Namjoon have also gave me similar feelings in Tear and Born Singer. I'm really proud of these boys and really am thankful that I found them when I did. I 'm glad you liked it!

Ahhhh this is another one that I feel so lucky to have seen live (that rendition of "so far away" at the end of the performance HADDDDDD MEEE). This may have just been me but I feel like when the WINGS album was announced and it was teased that all the members get their own solos on the album, people automatically assumed suga was gonna go CRAZY CYPHER with his...but then he dropped this. It really shows his diversity as an ARTIST not just a rapper; just like you guys said, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT of the WINGS tour he sang this song with that passion for music because that's how much it means to him. Truly a treasure to this world... all of them are. Never gonna be another like em--here's to another 1000 birthdays for all of them.

My favorite part is when he raps as himself and the piano together, trying to comfort and reassure one another. It's so beautiful and subtle and layered and perfect and any artist or professional who has done something for a long time has probably felt that at some point. I love this song, it's genius on so many levels.

I knew y'all would love this one. Did you get that when his voice calmed and became less emotional that it was the piano speaking back to him. Throughout the song? I know you did. Wow!! Thank you for sharing this. I had not heard this or seen the performance, and I am in tears. BTS moves me the way no other artist has ever done. I'm always caught by surprise! The opening piano solo of "I need you" caught me off guard too. I am like "why are you crying?" I have no explanation. It just is what it is. Love you guys!

I cry every time I hear first love and this time was no different 😭 I'm so glad that you guys listened to and enjoyed the song. The way I've always understood it, is that this song is 100% Min Yoongi. First Love and The Last are the most open Yoongi has ever been with ARMY and those songs are every battle he's ever gone through and all the heartache and pain he's overcome. His lyrics touch my soul every time I listen to them.
