THANK YOU! I wanted to watch it again but rumor is we are not going to watch what the grannies put on yt but to wait for the cam that Bangtan TV will (most likely) put up. I hope y’all are feeling better, I’m still a bit of a roller coaster myself, but we have BTS and they have us ARMY...that’s all we need 💜

Kanani

They DESERVED that grammy 😤😭😭 but we will support them and back them up no matter what 💜💜💜 it meant a lot to see them on stage but I wish they had gotten a longer set 😭 the boys deserved so much more. Thank you for reacting and supporting the boys always 💜💜

Bangwool4evr

When Blaze broke down it took me back to that same feeling from yesterday. They deserved that win and they’ll get it next time for sure! 😭

Ashley Zenab

Yesterday I was fuming OMG I was mad as hell I don’t usually respond to trolls but yesterday I did not hold back. My thing is losing is a part of life you’re going to lose sometimes but the Grammys promoted the hell out of BTS for viewership and ratings they had those dumb interviews every day more than any other artist nominated this year then end up not giving it to them. So if I understand dynamite was not good enough to get awarded but was good enough to save your show and your charity ok.

Stefanie

Sending hugs fam!! <3 Yes they showed everyone what a really good performance looks like! Also Namjoon said that he takes this loss as a sign from the scammys to get their award next year in person and to be honest I can't wait for this moment. BTS is always winning in some form. So let's be positive and make BTS even bigger and more successful! :) Like hobi said we take 1 step back to take 2 steps forward :) Love y'all! <3

Same here. We were expecting it to be longer and even thought there would be a dance break. But of course the guys owned it even in the short time provided to them.

Victoria

🥺 thanks as always for being so genuine - your reactions are always the best because they are so heartfelt and raw

PurpleArmyPanda

Seeing Blaze break down like that. wow, i felt that. Thank you guys for being real. And yea, the performance was too short. They should have been able to perform 2 songs like everyone else.

Sarah Ramirez

Thank you for the reaction! Hugs to you all. Army all over the world going through it💜

KathGore

1. yees! all performances were different and it's so amazing! they really always give it all to perform🥰✨✨✨ 2. plus to wanting to see a dance break 😭 and it was so short omg just why they didn't give them more time (ok we know why but.... whyyyyy 😭) 3. I'm in awe with taehyng "pulling yoongi" at his part, yeah, boy, show them 😌🤘 but my favourite from this reaction was: "did you guys like it or did you love it?"😹😹😹👍

ashlyn v

sending lots of love FAM !!! we’re in this together. our guys KILLED it. i would recommend watching their vlive from last night (it has subs now). it really made me feel loads better. we can always count to bts to turn every situation into a positive one. i purple you guys !!!!

Cindy Kruse

Please do not cry. If you start crying, I'll have to start crying too. I send you a big hug from Germany :) But I can understand you and your feelings during the performance. I felt the same way. These words kept going through my head, you deserved this shitty price. I saw the broadcast myself live and I was really disappointed that they didn't win. BTS deserved a Grammy. Clearly and without a doubt. Now a few hours have passed and looking back I still saw that they deserved the award, but I can smile again too. and do you know why ... because they are still our boys. BTS. Whether with Gramny or not, they remain BTS and we love and appreciate them for that. BTS are the best and I know that even without this price they will continue on their way and they will achieve great things :) and always remember ... you made history anyway ♡

KathGore

think a lot of people misunderstand us now. they think army are mad because of bts didn't win - and yeah we disappointed but NOT mad - we are fu*king pissed of grammys milking bts to get more views from us, not treating them with respect they deserve, pushing performances more and more to the end.... they are unbelievable and so blatantly dishonest. i hate them so much. but the best thing about bts and army is that we always got each other back, and i really tuned down a little when they went live and just... they were saying everything is fine, everything is good, asking us not to worry, worrying that we spend so much time waiting for them.... they are precious. i love them so much.💜

Dao Xiong

Dynamite is truly a masterpiece. You can see how much love is put into each performance of Dynamite. BTS, BH, and their teams' creativity is has not gone unnoticed; for BTS can not escape the eagle eyes of ARMYs. BTS is truly the definition of creativity (PERIOD) and finding a millions ways to make one thing work each time, the talent is endless for sure. For me, each performance of Dynamite is like falling in love all over again. Where I can not get tired of it no matter much I listen to it. As a matter of fact, the more I listen the more it fuels me with pure joy and love.

Teresa Pintye

Grammy's 2021 was incredible in many many ways. Women in music were out in force, many of the performances spoke directly to the injustices faced in our nation and around the world with no apologies and for the first time, an incredible group of performers from Korea were nominated for an award and performed their own music on the Grammy's. take a moment to take that in.

Teresa Pintye

They didn't just break barriers, they busted through like the damn Kool-aid Man and they aren't done yet.

Jessica C

I felt empty inside when I heard they lost. Had to remember that they are thankful to have been nominated and invited to perform. It was also disappointing to see they had a shorter set than most of the other performers. If they did a dance break I think it would have rocked everyone’s world! BTS + Army 💜💜💜

Jessica Henderson

BTS gave an excellent performance as always. They deserve all the love and support. They may not have received this trophy, but their impact on music and on people cannot be denied. They are history makers. 💜💯

Kalkeegan

As suga said - NEXT YEAR Proud to stand beside our boys as ARMY. That was a masterful performance, with flex (I see you V), vibrance and passion which we always get from the guys.. Next year... 💜

Shyrell

When Suga started dancing, I was like no Yoongi! Your shoulder! A couple seconds later I was like, no keep going! 😄 Still disappointed that they were used for clout and views. You can see how exhausted they were or maybe slightly tipsy 🤣😂 already on vlive but they still went out pf their way to comfort us. They were still thinking of us till the last minute. Gotta love them more!

Lourdes Meneses

Omg guys!!!!!!! you really touched me!!! This is what a true artist does! bts broke through any barrier and this is what makes an artist a winner! not just the prizes! they long ago won the hearts of many for their charisma, talent, humility and hard work. I really love to see your reactions, it is the reaction of army that waited until the last moment for these 7 guys from South Korea who stole our hearts. Everything for them! fighting!

Crusita Soto

Blaze I feel I really you. I'm still really upset about them not winning because we know they deserved it.

K L

Grammy’s don’t deserve a dance break.

Shyrell

Hugs to you guys and to everyone here. Take your time to heal and get over this. But be strong for our boys. We need each other even more now.

Hannah Watanabe

I was so sad they didn't get the Grammy, but I kind of was half expecting it the way the Grammy's work...like Namjoon said in their reaction video, "I told you." He knew, but still held out hope that maybe, and I did too. BTS will always be the best in my books, and ARMY will always love them no matter what. I watch the VLive they did after, and you could see that they were tired, but they came on to encourage US and to let us know they were okay. I'm sure it hurt, and I'm sure they were disappointed, just like we were, BUT they will be back, I'm sure of it, and hopefully one day, they will win a Grammy. However, even if they don't, I don't think it matters very much because their impact on the world is bigger than the Grammys. I'm a music teacher who was introduced to BTS by my students. Students who were going through a hard time or who needed good role models who loved BTS because of the message they gave and because BTS made them feel loved. I have seen how BTS has made a difference in the lives of my students, and in my own life. Thank you for your reaction videos! You guys are my favorite reactors because you are genuine and work hard too. I can't wait till we can all go to concerts again and be together supporting our boys! Take care everyone! 💜

Delilah Rivera

I looooove their outfits! I'm feeling that orange. It breaks my heart that they didn't win & no dance break. I feel the Grammy's used BTS & showed them towards the end if the show to have high ratings. Even if BTS gets nominated again next year, I will not be watching. I refuse to be used as one of their rating pawns.

эlลžý.вэllล Orr

💜 the BEST performer's, and world changers. More than any award the impact and the reach they have is what matters. And ik they'll keep doing bigger and better things. They are what matters, and what they continue to do for us and everyone they can. Great video 😊

Mirla Puello

Thank you so much! Your true reaction allowed me to grieve as well!

Bae

What the grammys did to BTS was just plain disrespectful. Using our boys and our fandom to the damn fullest. That’s what makes me the most mad. Not only did grammys snub them of the award but they kept teasing their performance the whole time for views and THENN not even giving them the same performance privileges as everyone else! Shorter performance time and not even an intro! Instead they get billie ellish’s little video playing before their performance! Honestly just wtf was that? This whole grammy situation was literally a spit in our faces. I couldn’t even enjoy the performance last night. It’s just so sooo upsetting and so disrespectful when BTS has been nothing but humble and gracious.

Talitha

We all were definitely on an emotional rollercoaster 🎢 yesterday, but can we talk about how good they looked as always and it was the first time back for Suga when he could actually move around and dance since his surgery. They blew everyone else out of the water. We are only looking up in 2021!!!!

Amy S.

Unfortunately, I had very little hope that the guys would win. The Grammys have not been relevant in a long time. I think it’s very political. I actually didn’t watch for the sheer fact that I knew they were using ARMY for viewership. Our guys kill it EVERY TIME and have a work ethic like no other. They don’t need a Grammy for validation. Like Esquire magazine said, the Grammys need BTS more than BTS needs a Grammy. 💜 Love you, Nico, AJJ, and Blaze!

Kharys A

yesterday was a difficult day but even tough the guys keep calm and humble despite all the situation that happened, they are too good for this world....I am still sad...., thank you for the reaction guys

smol

wow when blaze broke down it broke my heart, idk exactly why he did but if it was cause of the granny situation i feel u man.

Jeannie Munn

I adored you guys before, but I absolutely love you now. Nico, Blaze and AJJ, you three are the purest form of ARMY! And this is from. A 66 year old fan girl!

Virginia

Thank you for another honest reaction. BTS deserved better and will be back.

DrValkyrie

BLAZE! 😭 you made me tear up. I hope all is better. 💜

Brenda Avila

Omg, what an emotional ride. So proud of our boys, but so furious about them not getting what they clearly deserved. Not just this time but several times now that they have made art with their music to the point that it's just pure poetry that touches the heart. They could easily have 10 Grammys under their name by now... Thank you for showing us your true feelings. It was something that we all felt at the moment and even now. Thank you guys. 💜

Amanda Rose Reyes

Y'all had me in complete tears!! Your reaction was raw and beautiful! Thank you for sharing it with us! I've been an emotional wreck since yesterday and seeing I'm not alone has been so comforting. We will get it next year !! Love you guys!! FIGHTING 💪

LibLady26

Hi, Nico, Blaze, and AJJ. My daughter and I were just bummed out like everybody else. What made me feel better was the lovely and gracious response that BTS shared on VLive. (Might still be up on YouTube). They were more concerned about ARMY's reaction than their loss. Made me cry all over again (I feel you, Blaze!) Thanks once again for sharing with us and being the fabulous people you are. Much Love!

Adri Bennett

💜so much love! That's true ARMY. Bangtan forever! ARMY forever! I'd say we've got work to do, but y'all know we've never stopped! 💪fighting!!!

Kim

My heart broke when Blaze choked up! No one was as deserving as them for a Grammy. I think what makes me even more mad is the fact that they used them for views. You knew we were mad you robbed them of their Grammy but then to put them as the last performance so we're bamboozled into watching the entire thing. That was like another slap in the face. The grammys don't deserve BTS. I want them to get one because I know it means so much to them but it doesn't validate them as artists. They are so much bigger than the Grammy's! I'm really glad that you shared this with us. Yesterday was an emotional day for the Fandom. I love you guys!

Briget Slyck

I hope Blaze is OK. I never want to see anyone hurting. 💜 I love them and that every time we see them perform Dynamite it's never the same!! On that note....You guys will love their MusiCares performance!! Bug Surprise...HUGE!!! Hope everyone is OK over there!! 💜

Shalyn M
>>55650236

I hope Big Hit will upload the performance soon (they most likely will). This was my first time seeing the entire thing aside from some clips on Twitter. I was so angry that I didn’t watch the Scammy’s after the upset with the award. I refused to give them my views. I’ll save it for Big Hit or Bangtan tv whichever YT channel they decide to release it on.

Laura Skinger

Guys... love the reaction. Blaze... my man...I cried all the way through their performance, out of frustration and anger partly but also in pure pride. I am so happy for them... this was one of their dreams and they achieved it. One of my saving graces is that the VLive they did after the show had more views than the entire Grammy show. You should react to that as well. They were so honest and comforting.

Terri Cooper

It was a tough day yesterday but BTS blew it out of the park as always. Namjoon's reaction reminds me of Taylor Swift's documentary on Netflix. Her manager called to tell her that her album Reputation didn't get any big nominations. Then her manager tried making her feel better by saying the album was great. Taylor was just quiet for a couple seconds and then said, "I have to write a better album." And last night she won album of the year (I know MOTS7 is really album of the year of course💜) I think BTS have that same drive and determination. They'll take yesterday as motivation and come back with an even better album and song. God help us all because everything they've done in the last year has been amazing! Hopefully they'll be able to sing in Korean next time too🙂.

dawn grace

Totally broke down watching blaze. Im with you guys and we will keep on supporting BTS. Please please react to their vlive after the grammy, its so comforting and I just have even more respect for them because they took the time to check on army and thank us. Would love to see you guys reaction.

I agree with you Terri. I was so disappointed and angry for them. But then I tried to look at the situation from a different point of view. They were given Dynamite. They chose to do it even though it wasn't something they would normally do (I believe Namjoon said something like that) because it could bring joy to people struggling with the pandemic. Of course they put their BTS-ness all over it and made it so fun, but now I think they can have their own songs, sung in their own language, submitted to the Academy. I realize that the bigger issue is how they so blatantly used BTS and ARMY. It was like someone asked you to help plan a big party, make all the arrangements, pay for the gift and when you show up after all the work is done they take the gift and slam the door in your face. Rude, callous, and quite frankly, unprofessional. We all know that the guys have big hearts and truly care about people and making the world a better place. They are positive and well-mannered and humble. But I think it would be a mistake for the industry to think that they will just roll over. "You aren't real rappers..." -Oh? Here are some Cyphers for you. "You can't sell out stadiums..." -Oh? We did several in under two hours. "You've become too Westernized..." -Oh? Here's a MAMA performance of Idol that has all the Korea in it. "You aren't true artists..." -Oh? Here's Black Swan. (I could go on and on, but this post is already a novel.) You mentioned motivation and I think you are very right. The music and art they create is great all on its own, but when they feel they have something to prove...Look OUT! I'm looking forward to it!

Monica Rudawski

Hope you will watch the VLive response from BTS. Yoongi wisely states that their hard work has little to do with the decision from the Grammys. These beautiful human beings enjoy the public recognition, the awards, the notariety, the sponsorships. However, they are not stupid. They know through experience in their lives and the music industry what is hatred, criticism, being used, racisim, being belittled and underestimated. Although we and they are disappointed, they are wise enough to know this does not define them. The Good Ole White Boys Club will most likely never change. We must move away from affirming their importance, and rather step into the sacred space that BTS holds all on their own - without any institution or academy giving them a favorable nod. What holds them up is their Light within and the love shared between all of us. No one and particularly no entity like the Grammys will ever be able to put them in a box

Nora Shikin

Blaze, I feel you. It was a rough day and honestly, it was so difficult to enjoy and appreciate the performance after all the drama of the results and after being taken hostage in waiting for the performance. Most, if not all, of us were too upset by the time the guys went on. I feel bad for the guys as they did mention they did so many takes to perfect the performance. It will take a while but we will rise above this. We always do. Thank you Nico, Adam and Blaze for being raw and real with your emotions. Love you fam!

Amber Calderon

As you said, BTS knocked it out of the park AGAIN. Every single performance they do is different, special & unique. No one can touch them, no one can match them, no one even comes close to them. We all know that award show (I won’t give that scam of a show the respect of saying it’s name) did them dirty, but what did our boys do?? They still brought it and gave the world a sampling of their amazing talents. I teared up watching them, Blaze’s reaction represented all Army 💜. I watched their VLive after the Grammys and the way they were comforting Army and promising Army that they will work harder and come back stronger and better..... how is that even possible when they are already the hardest working group in the world and have already broken every record there is! They have nothing to prove to anyone yet they’re so humble & pure & genuine that they promised & I have no doubt that they will deliver, they will work even harder and bring it to even new heights in 2021! And that pathetic program will be begging them to come back next year and will always know they will never be worthy of these 7 amazing humans 💜💜💜

Anita

Aaawwww man, I really feel what you feel. I cried, and still cry for them so much. They put on a brave face for us ARMY and took the time on a tough day to talk to and reassure us. They love us so much and they are beyond this world beautiful. The Grammy stage doesn't deserve them but our baby boys will be back and they will f***in' destroy it.

LunaBlake

Can I just say Blaze I appreciate you so much and your feelings And you are so.valid. And then you turn around and say what I've been feeling which is. "You know what they about to do." And that's keep rising and I love that so much that all three of you keep that vibe so much love and respect. I appreciate the whole whatchago2say team so much for always backing ARMY and the Boys. I LOVE YALL! I 💜💜💜 Borahae. All of them looked lovely! Yoongi back and dancing Tae pausing during the Talk the Talk line to let the haters know they ain't lip syncing. Literally talking the talk XD. The fits the stage Dancing on the Helipad if only to say you know we are only going to keep flying higher. Everything we come to expect from BTS and we love them for it. And Yoongis words "we will run harder this year." and BTS vibe of positive up rightness should be taken as the warning that it is ;).

Marguerite Engel

Thank you for this reaction and being so real in your reaction. It's been a rough two days. The Grammys have done this before to other artists but this is the first time I've felt it in my gut. They freakin' deserved the Grammy and I was so pissed like everyone else. The guys showed so much class afterwards and so much love when they very well could have just gone quiet. I'm still just really bummed about it all but at the same time so amazed by the guys and so proud.

Angie H

Thanks for sharing. Our guys deserved so much more and yet the first thing they wanted to do was comfort us. Love them so much.

Princess B

Thank you for sharing this moment with us. I’ve watched your pre-show reaction on YT as well. I felt that exact same emotion as Blaze when they literally put their heart on the stage. We know how much they deserved that plus more so it felt like a shoe in. I’m still not over it. BTS are such stand up men and they deserve acknowledgment.

Colleen McDuff

I totally broke down watching Blaze as well. I felt the same way. BTS does have more to come and I look very forward to their future performances and your passionate reactions. Thank you!

Cynthia Serra Neves

I believe that there is always a reason why things happen. First, I think they wanted their quota of "female winners" to avoid any criticism. Second, BTS already made history in 2020, and they are not done getting awards. Next time they get nominated for a Grammy, we will all be out of confinement. Not only they will win this award like superstars, but they will be performing live and burning the stage while Army is screaming and chanting in the crowd and carrying them with love and respect. We are the wings beneath their wings. Just watch and wait... 2020 was just the beginning. PS: Have you seen the post created by some Armies and giving the GArmy's Award to BTS 😄🏆 #genius

Cynthia Serra Neves

BTW gals and guys, BTS is nominated in various categories for the top music universe awards for the following categories: + song of the year +video of the year +artist of the year + album of the year +Kpop artist of the year We are seriously behind on a few categories - We need your votes COME ON! 🗳 https://www.topmusicuniverseawards.com/2020/09/BestFanArmy2020.html PS: read the rules carefully before voting.

Michelle Tetzke

This was a great reaction. BTS did show up everyone there, in my opinion. I agree with Blaze though. I wish they'd have had a dance break of some kind. I told my neighbor, a baby ARMY, that BTS would perform at the end of the show because like The Billboard Awards, they know people will watch the entire show just to see BTS perform. Did you notice at the beginning they had recreated the stage decorations completely. So it kind of looked like they were there. Amazing. The roof scene though Wow! I don't know what's going on with Blaze & it's none of my business. I just pray him to find peace and to know ARMY is here for you. We take care our own. Love you guys. As always, be careful, be strong, be well and God bless you all.🙏💜

Deejay

I’ve cried withcha every time I watch is reaction. On yt and here... I know exactly how you feel. Love you guys 💜

Nick Morgan

Sending some love your way Blaze. Dunno what's going on but sending you some love from Texas. Thank you for being a light for so long many during a dark time.

laura

Blaze :( i feel you, every army does

Pamela Rivers

Best performance of the night—even without the MJ BREAKDOWN.
