Hey FAM we have been having issues with getting In the Soop to play on Weverse over the past couple of days. Today, it started to play but we are unable to get the English subs to generate. Very strange. 

But we will try again this weekend. I wanted to pop in and update you since we usually have our In the Soop reactions ready at the beginning of the month.

Yea In the Soop hasn't been working for a lot of people (reactors). I think its because of the old videos/lives being transferred from Vlive to Weverse & all the updating Weverse is doing, might be too much for the app to process.

They are working on beefing up weverse ahead of the concert, so a lot of the videos are acting weird

Hi, I think I can help! Try using Firefox as your browser when you open In The Soop. For anyone who reads this: A reason the videos are acting up on Weverse is because of the capture block on paid content. VLIVE content used to do this too, so now that everything has transferred to Weverse, the same applies. You usually can't even screenshot paid content if you open it in Chrome or Safari. Notice how the free stuff (like Run BTS) usually works okay? Firefox is a good workaround for these blocks because of some digital rights thing with media that I can't totally explain lol. I tried using Firefox instead of my usual Chrome, and turned off my 2nd monitor (because of HDCP capture capability) when I needed some screenshots from ITS and it all worked much smoother for me. If you were already doing this and it's still not working, nevermind and I'll just wait until it's all figured out, haha. No worries if it takes a while, thank you guys!

I have been having issues with the 5th muster concert video as well. It either doesn't play or it stops at the same 3 spots in the video. It only does it with the video of just the main camera. The video with the multi view is fine...wierd. There are a few others that are having issues too.

No worries and just wanna say thanks for your In the Soop reactions. I didn't expect it but it has become something I really look forward to. Something abt Mika's energy tt is really comforting and combined with ITS makes for an extra chill relaxing respite.
