It's finally here and so far it's really good!  So good that Blaze and I were extra chatty while watching this one. Hope you're okay with a reaction that's over an hour long 😅

We plan on watching one episode per week and posting here on Patreon.

Coming up next:

  • Back to Rise of Bangtan - After Christmas

Thank you for your thoughtful reaction. Hope you feel better, Blaze! Have a very Merry Christmas to the Watcha fam.

I am grateful for your insight when it comes to BTS. You guys are the first reactors that I came across when I became new to the fandom. You guys allowed me to give a break to my daughter with all my questions. Waiting on your reaction to episode 2. L💜

ruth kapcia

love your thoughtfulness and honesty as always. I look forward to your thoughts on the upcoming episodes.

Here to enjoy some WG2S 🫡 I don't mind this being an hour long as I'm currently sick just like Blaze 🤧

LazySass

Merry Christmas everyone hope you all have a safe and enjoyable holiday season 🫡 L💜

Hey Fam! So happy to watch this with you guys...I don't currently have Disney Plus, so to watch this with my Watcher Fam is a blessing! I truly enjoyed episode one, and like this deep dive into their beginnings, much like in The Rise of Bangtan! Especially since our guys are gone, I think it's good for us Army's to get their history, which will give us even more insight into who they are as people, what led them to make the decisions they made early in their career, and how their unbreakable bond formed! So interesting and also wholesome to watch!! 💜

About Bang PD almost letting Jimin go, The head of Training & Development Team talked about it with RM in Youtube series called "HYBE T&D Stories | Part 01 Farewell after debut", I hope you will find the time and watch, it was interesting to watch, love to hear your insights on it. Love watching your videos and your insights!! Happy Holidays Nico, Mika, AJJ and Blaze !!!

Dark & Wild is a great album I loved it when it dropped it's my most nostalgic albums to date when it comes to BTS but Nico added everything I was going to say 🤣 because it was all facts but also timing is everything too because at that time KPop was also going through transition musically and generational at that time too, so they kind of dropped Dark & Wild before it's time but set up well for HYYH series though. But when you think or look at the charts at the time it would of been hard to find the right time to drop it 🤣

LazySass

Blaze BTS always had interest from the beginning but they hadn't found their sound or signature until I Need U it's the song that put them as contender and not someone with potential in the general public's ears. The Most Beautiful Moment part 1 (Pink album 🤣) it was the album that seemed most complete and comprehensive album with a sound, rhythm and blueprint that was them as BTS from start to finish, you know it was like them announcing ThisIsMe BTS. Transitions whether it was choreography, rapper to rapper, vocalist to vocalist, rapper to vocalist or beats always has and continues to be the thing that BTS has complete mastery over since day 1.

Going back and forth through this video as BTS and the staff be dropping gems and then Nico and Blaze dropping gems too 🤣 I might not full screen these reactions so I don't wait until the end to drop comments so I can just drop thoughts as I watch so I don't have to pray that I remember at the end 🤣 and I'll just delete my comments at the end if they don't make sense or you guys put it into better words 🤣 so please if possible can you keep uploading in this format so it's easier to comment please Nico thank you 💜

LazySass

I enjoyed this and looking forward to watching the rest when they drop 🫡 and I have time L💜

I love your reactions, thoughts, questions, humour. Thanks for posting this before Christmas. I know it can be such a busy time. Happy Christmas from London 🇬🇧

One of the things I realized is when they mess up during practice, no matter how close they are to the end of the song, they have to start all over from the beginning. That right there to me is dedication. I loved y’all’s reaction so much💜💜💜

Same as Blaze, I still can't believe Dark & Wild tanked (in their view). It's literally one of their best albums and I will die on this hill.

My eyes bulged when Bang PD mentioned that he was thinking of cutting Jimin ssi from the group. I can't even imagine not knowing our precious mochi. I'm so happy that they're sharing what they went through and the emotional stress they experienced. I hope that things are much better for them now and not as physically and mentally exhausting. Suga is correct about them being family. They truly are and always will be. I'm very proud of them.

ooh I watched this on youtube, it was really interesting! I loved it not only as army but also from a training/coaching perspective because that's what I do for my job- I am a training co-ordinator so it was interesting for me to hear the way Hybe train and coach and teach and encourage their trainees. I was comparing it to how I teach and train, it's so fulfilling to see people take on board the things you teach them and watch them grow and fly - these traits really are universal no matter what environment 🥰

Loved watching this with you guys - thanks Nico and Blaze, you had some really thoughtful things to say! I've been army for just over a year now and it's true what you said that we are all still backtracking trying to catch up- because our 7 guys just work so hard there is an immense amount of content for us to consume! As well as being blown away by their music and their dancing it was their bond that really drew me in as a fan, I love how close they are you can see how much they love each other and are not afraid to say it and show it. BTS is so special and I am so grateful to have them in my life - I loved what Namjoon said about music transcending language, it is so true, I may live on the other side of the world to them (the UK) but everything they say and do means so much to me. The more I learn about them the more I love them. Can't wait for episode 2 - Borahae! 💜

Chelonia Testudines

I waited to watch this with you guys. I love the way BTS makes me feel part of a community - and I love meeting all the ARMY around the world. Thank-you for sharing your insights with us!! P.S. We are ALL broken-hearted over the Map of the Soul tour that never happened.

I am very late watching the episodes so I am just getting to watch this reaction. Thank you so much for doing this. It gives me an opportunity to do a second watch with people I trust to see deeper than the surface. I really enjoyed both of you talking about the brotherhood bonds. Nico's statement of how many people don't have close family or friendships and get to learn about it from watching BTS really struck home for me. I am blessed with a small tight circle but this statement helped me to understand another reason why I am Bangtan for life 💜

Kearyce Moore

I know I'm very late, but what you said at 59:12, they were the only group in the company at the time for awhile since glam got disbanded because of certain situations
