this literal exact thing happened to me once. I fainted outside my cardiologist's office and I saw him run down the hall like a scene from The Resident.

Dr Adam, you appeared to have APPEARED earlier tonight here in UK at 11.pm. We have just set our time zone forward 1 hour so clocks have went forward at 2am on Sunday morning. I'm wondering if in the US your time zone changes, ours does on March 27th which means night times getting lighter. So maybe your time zone in your country hasn't changed. Great to see you again and did you know yesterday I saw a cyclist lying in the middle of a busy road as he had fell off his bike, but instinct told the car drivers to stop and assistant with his situation. Thankfully he only injured his leg but such caring people to stop and help. Great to see you again. Chris from England
