Update about the mod. (Patreon)

Like I said, 2.1 is dependent on when the next FIFA update is. Now, there was one, but there still should be another on the 17th. Expect the mod a few days after the next update, but no promises.

Because if he updates the mod now he can do it al over again if EA drops a update on the 17th.

The biggest reason seems to be that our payment is renewed for 15 days. If you post your mod now, so many might miss the next payment.

Windows automatic updates and Origin FIFA20Update also stopped. Going offline a couple of days ago enabled FIFA to launch, but launching today doesn't help.

i did not update the game and neither did i update my windows. it doesn't work.

Same man, it is ridiculous that literally NOTHING changed, went offline before Copa Libertadores update, no windows update and then the next day the mods stop working when nothing changed.

And to be honest, if it was this, how were we supposed to know that Windows Update would cause the game to not start anymore, we can't not keep our PC's up to date for the sake of one game.

2026-11-01 15:00 The 2.0 mod Features list claims that it has all the banners for EFL League 1 & 2 clubs, yet there are only some clubs in League 2 and most clubs in League 1 (even some clubs in League 1 don't have) who have visible banners. Plymouth Argyle for example, with whom I wanted to do career mode with, has no banners. Could the problem be in launching 2.0 mod with the newer Fifa 20 version? I knew that you were not supposed to update the Fifa before the 2.1 mod came out, but I bought FIFA 20 after the big update and most features are working fine.

I managed to make Fifa 20 launch with the mod. I started the launching process with Origin being offline, then I pressed Launch again which gave me the pop up saying that a launching process was already going on. Then I went online on Origin while that pop up was open, and it proceeded to launch Fifa 20 with the mod working. (without me having to update the game). I hope this works for you all as well

No game updates, no Windows updates. Is there anyone who can start fifa20 with the 2.0MOD applied?

I open Frosty Mod Manager. Get fifa ready to launch and press the Launch button. This opens Origin with the pop up saying I have to update fifa to continue (this would cause the mod to not work). I press cancel and go offline on Origin. I go back to Frosty and press launch again.. this opens Origin yet again saying I have to go online. Immediately I press Launch again on frosty. This causes a pop up on Frosty saying you're already trying to launch the game. Keep the pop up there. Go back to Origin and go Online again. This caused Fifa to launch with the mods for me (it might be that you have to exit the Frosty pop up first, but for me it launched automatically)

To streamline this; Launch Origin (Online Mode), open 2 seperate instances of frosty manager. Then, press launch with one frosty tab, press cancel on origin pop up then go offline. Then with the same frosty tab press launch, then launch asap on the SAME instance. When the pop up saying you can only have one instance running appears, keep it there, then go online with origin and with the SECOND frosty application press LAUNCH and close the error message (can only have one instance running). This worked me for like it does above, but you may need to twist it a bit, took me a few minutes to get it working but now it is fine. Enjoy!
