===================

This month's winning idea comes from Just Another Patron :

Husband (out of view) and wife are visiting a wishing fountain. She is immediately surprised as her body suddenly expands when he tosses a coin into the fountain. Her shirt has been completely filled out by her huge breasts (size 9) while her jeans have been stretched to the max by her thicc thighs and plump butt (size 6). She is shocked and says, "Oh my—! What did you wish for?!" *

* Edited slightly by me for clarity.
